Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Eugene

Not from the west coast, had never been to a Dutch Bros before. The girl working, Sierra, was super chipper and outgoing, and genuinely enthusiastic about this fact, asked me what kind of flavors I like, then whipped me up something based on that and had me try it before pulling away with the reassurance that if I didn't love it she'd make something else until I was satisfied.

This is exactly what customer service should be, and whatever they made me was delicious. Sierra is worth a raise and a training position, because that was the best coffee shop experience I've had in a while. If I lived in Eugene, I'd never step foot in a Starbucks - which it seems may happen for everyone, since while Dutch Bros employees were truly enjoying their job, being awesome to customers, and making everyone's day more pleasant, every Starbucks in Eugene was closed because all the employees went on strike. I don't normally have an issue with any Dutch Bros, but today was worth not going back to this location. Took me 9 minutes to get through with just one car in front of me. I'm sure the girl hanging out the window sniffing her friend's lip gloss (girl in the car) didn't help any. But to make matters worse I pull up to the window and watch the barista poor regular milk (was supposed to be soy) into what ended up being my drink! Then he warmed a bit of soy (a different color from the other milk) and pours it in the cup and lids it. What I ordered was a hot soy triple shot kicker. What I was handed was Luke warm flavorlous milk. 5 people with 4 total customers in 9 minutes couldn't get anywhere close to a drinkable coffee!!

It took me 2 minutes to drive 1 block over to Starbucks and get a hot cup of coffee.

I love Dutch Bros but this particular location just can't get an order right. I have come through a few times and ordered different things every time they make it incorrectly I have asked for only chocolate drizzle on my drink and they add white chocolate as well. I ordered a peppermint mocha and I received a pumpkin spice this morning I ordered a soy chai and a peppermint mocha and gave them my mug when I ordered the mocha and the put the chai in my mug and my mocha in a paper cup when we pointed out that the mocha was supposed to be in the mug and the soy chai in a paper cup the did switch them however after we drove away I discovered that my drink was not what I ordered it was a plain mocha when I had ordered a large peppermint and that they had given me a medium instead...
