Every time I visit Eugene, it’s a tradition for me to stop at Track Town Pizza, and it never disappoints. This place has been a favorite of mine for years because it consistently delivers great food and a fun atmosphere. On my most recent visit, my friend and I went about 30 minutes after a Duck home game. As expected, the place was packed with fans, but we were lucky enough to find a seat without too much trouble.
We ordered a large Taco Pizza along with some wings. The staff let us know it might take about 40 minutes for the food to be ready since they were so busy, which seemed reasonable. To our surprise, the wings came out in about 10 minutes and the pizza followed in around 20, much faster than we anticipated. The wings were hot, juicy, and flavorful, and the pizza was excellent. It was absolutely loaded with toppings. The ranch deserves a special mention because it was creamy and delicious, and it paired perfectly with both the wings and the pizza. The bottomless drinks were another nice touch that made the meal even better.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was just as enjoyable as the food. With football games playing on the TVs, fans celebrating, and the staff working hard with positive attitudes, the whole place had a great energy. It really adds to the experience and makes Track Town Pizza feel like more than just a meal, it feels like part of the Eugene tradition, especially on game days.
The only downside is the price. At just over $50 for a large pizza and wings, it is a bit on the expensive side. That said, with the generous toppings, the quality of the food, the quick service even on a busy day, and the lively game day atmosphere, it feels worth it to me. Track Town Pizza continues to be a must stop every time I come to Eugene, and I will absolutely...
Read moreI will never return to Track Town pizza after what I experienced. *First of all, I work for a neighboring pizza place, so I know how everything works and how you SHOULD treat your customers. This was nowhere near that. I recently ordered a pizza from here for delivery. Haven't had a problem before this incident. I live at the Franklin apartments just two blocks down the road from Track Town so delivery shouldn't be too difficult right? When the driver finally arrived he called me and left a voicemail saying "If you want your pizza call me back." We ignored the call thinking he was already downstairs waiting for us (like every other delivery driver who knows what he's doing.) We proceeded to wait for the driver in the lobby for half an hour. I then received a call from the driver saying that we were to come pick up the pizza from track town because he was sick of waiting. You're a delivery driver, you bring the pizza to us. We shouldn't have to walk out to your car. I know what to do and how to treat unhappy customers and what did I get from track town? NOTHING. That included the manager I spoke to. I was disgusted with how I...
Read more40 dollars for a small 10 inch pizza delivered less than 2 miles away and the pizza isn't even warm and tastes like every other business who has zero love into what they produce for general consumption. The box I was handed absolutely had to have been sitting in that cardboard for over an hour. It wasn't even warm anymore. Sauce tasted awful, green peppers looked old and definitely NOT fresh. This place has gone downhill slowly and now it's hit rock bottom. I would respectfully ask this to the staff: taste your food. Make yourself a small pizza and eat a few slices and ask yourself if you would feel good paying an absurd amount of money for that. Not to mention, if you KNOW it's been long enough that the pizza isn't even lukewarm, why would you serve it? So underwhelming. Had a craving for pizza, now I don't want to eat it for a couple months. Thanks for taking my hard earned money and giving me cold Lunchables pizza in return. Last money you will ever get from me. I took two bites and threw the entire thing in...
