Service is incredible rude. The woman running drive thru shouldnt be taking orders from a head set if she is deaf, but she isnt deaf, she just chooses to pretend to be. I waited behind 2 car, and could hear her loud and clearly and she rookthe other two cars orders ahead of me. I could not hear the people ordering. When i got up there, i said 4 words, "i have a mobile", she cut me off and began yelling loudly, "i cant hear you! Icant hear what you are saying" Repeatedly, and over the top of me. With this really aggressive attitude. She didnt even give time for a response in between yelling at me, before escalating it to scream. She was clearly pretending. I responded with one word, "really."and she answered, just fine , no, I cant hear you" it was a rather big temper tantrum just because she didnt want to me to grab my mobile order from drive thru. Funny she could hear everyone else who made extensive orders ahead of me compared to my pick up request. Yes. My window was down. I come here regularly and the guy Nick, never screams like that at people. She has major issues. Its your long dair haired lady that works late wednesday nights and thursday mornings. Had my order not been pre paid, i would have left.
Screaming at your prepaid customers because they arent picking up in store, while holding a conversation that you cant hear is beyond rude. So many miserable people work in the public, and she is the one who gives this location really...
Read moreStopped in this location yesterday. It had probably been a year since I visited this location, and back then, everything was dismal; service, speed, and politeness. Fast forward to yesterday, hoping for a better outcome; there were about seven cars in the drive-thru, medium busy in the lobby.
I walked in pick up my doordash order as I'm a delivery driver and was told that my order was not started yet and would not be started yet until all of the customers in the drive-thru line be served first. I explained that I was actually working for one of (her) Jack in the Box's customers and should be treated the same. The manager shook her head and disagreed.
The icing on the cake, though, was as I was walking out the door she yelled from behind the counter something like, ...."and for your information, we have a blind employee!"
I don't know what's worse; blaming an employee for the wait time or that she felt the need to divulge that there was an employee with special needs. (TOTALLY illegal per HIPAA)
Do not visit this Jack in the Box until they "clean house" & make some major changes to their management team and require...
Read moreI spent one hour trying to operate the mobile order feature and use the mobile order only promotional deal. There was an unknown error that was neither logical nor fixable. I went inside to the counter, explained it all and how it was aggravating, I asked if it were then possible, this one special-circumstance-time, to get the app deal at the counter. It was met with a very rough, defensive response, She barked to me that those app prices in there aren't even possible to order in their system, ok. I can understand. I can also understand why i needed to just leave at that time. Corporate bosses not putting in the work to train great management at the stores is why they don't trust their own store staff to handle hospitality hiccups so limitations are put on their frontline employees to feel safe as absent parents, Instead of providing the education required to effectively empower consumer sales level employees to come up with win win solutions that work for corporate and cutomer, I got &#$%", horrible.-who the &$@$ is sleeping on the job of such a big, otherwise dynamic company?????? I'd rather...
