Clearly this place is having some severe management issues. I have loved this restaurant for years, until recently. I ordered on the app to pick up before a meeting I had in the area. I ordered at 1:30pm and got there at 1:45pm, only to find a note on their door that says that they do not open until 2pm that day. Confused, I called the main corporate number to figure out what I was supposed to do because I had already paid for my order. The woman was just as confused saying that there was no reason they should be closed. She called to the restaurant and then transferred me over to the store, where someone answered and then came to let me into the store. When I had been let in (close to 2pm when my meeting was), they had just "opened" and started on my order. Additionally, the restaurant was dirty and the staff was very unprofessional. 15 minutes later it was ready and I was late to my meeting and did not have time to eat. I left feedback in their app about my experience and no one ever reached out to explain or remedy the situation. The food was just ok - overcooked and thrown together, and they forgot my extra sauce. Hoping this was a one-off experience, I did the same thing another time when I had more time to wait around, and the SAME thing happened! It seems they don't open until 2pm most days, and the app will let you put orders in even if they are not open to make them, causing you to waste your time and money. I do not blame the employees for this poor management, but the fact that corporate is not stepping in to fix these issues in the face of all these bad reviews shows a lot. I stopped coming here and only go the Gateway location, which is also having a lots of issues with consistency and quality now too. Sucks that this restaurant is...
Read moreThe employees here were all very nice and helped me figure out what I wanted to order. The buffalo Mac and cheese was good. I got regular cheese with the cheese sauce and my friend got the potstickers which were really good. From what I saw while I was eating and being noisy, it looks like whoever owns the franchise isnât putting the money into good working equipment like a restaurant needs to run successfully. I never owned a restaurant but have worked at a few and owned a salon and if I would have supplied dull scissors to the cosmetologists and had blow dryers that needed repaired, i could of had the best stylists, but only able to produce shoddy hair cuts.
Word of mouth is the best advertisement and even better itâs free and quality equals good word of mouth equals more customers equals more money as opposed to less customers and no money.
If I were the owner of this place, I would close it down for 3 days, get all the equipment running like it should and polish it all up so these employees can furnish a quality product. Itâs really bad for morale when the employees donât have everything they need to do their job or makes it difficult to do their job resulting in a product they are embarrassed of. When I cook at home and it turns out greatâŠit makes me happy and I enjoy sharing it with others, but if itâs not that good Iâm just like âeh whateverâ and probably toss it.
So according to the reviewsâŠMr or Mrs or ms owner⊠I think itâs now or never for this place. You have a place with a good brand and potential to make a good amount of money from it, but to do that youâre gonna need to put some money into it first but I think it would be well worth...
Read moreRestaurant Review: Noodles & Company Iâve been a loyal customer of Noodles & Company, enjoying many meals at various locations over the years. Unfortunately, my recent visit to this particular location was disappointing, and I felt compelled to share my experience. First and foremost, it seemed like this location is suffering from serious mismanagement. From my perspective, there is a glaring lack of quality control. While I noticed a couple of employees working diligently, it was evident that they were trying to compensate for the shortcomings of their teammates. I understand that it can be challenging to hire and retain good workers, but this location may need to consider some significant changes to turn things around. The food I received was lukewarm and lacked the flavor Iâve come to expect from Noodles & Company. To make matters worse, the desserts did not match what was advertised. I was surprised to find that the Rice Krispie treats had been altered with a mix of other ingredientsâsince when do we stray so far from a classic treat? The original version is a simple pleasure, and this version was not what I anticipated. Regrettably, I don't think I will be returning to this location again, even though itâs conveniently located next to my workplace. I genuinely hope that the management can address these issues and improve the overall experience. I will keep an eye on their progress and hope to see positive changes in the future, as I would love to enjoy the quality of Noodles & Company that I once...
