BOBAHEAD Valley River — Restaurant in Eugene

Normally wouldn’t leave a bad review everyone is really nice but today ordered a drink with strawberry boba, they made it with regular which I don’t like, and nicely asked if they could remake it with the strawberry boba like I order which I didn’t think would be a big deal and she said I had to pay extra which was fine instead of remaking the drink she tore the lid off and removed the boba with a spoon the drink had crème in it so it looked pretty nasty didn’t even look like the drink I order an didn’t look like it had strawberry boba in it and was just a mess so I asked if there was anyway she could actually remake the drink that I ordered. She had a lot of attitude and said I would have to pay extra to have it remade and went to talk to another co worker trying to not remake my drink the way I ordered it, in the time she did all of this my drink could have just been remade five times. she finally remade it and slammed it down seemed very upset that she had to make my order the way I ordered it. I’ve worked costumer service for years and find it really rude when someone working for a company handles costumers with attitude this way especially when it’s their mistake. I went to the mall to get clothes and was feeling thirsty so I stopped by yesterday to grab a tea or something and I saw this place was busy. There was a large line of people waiting for there drinks and I thought it might be a bit of a wait but it must be worth it if all those people were waiting. I WAS RIGHT! There was like 6 people in front of me and four behind me who ordered and everyone looked happy and was waiting patiently for their orders. I checked to see who was working and it looked like one guy was working and busting his butt to make all our orders and was pretty fast at it too. Every time he was finished with an order he would apologize for the wait but every time the customer would say they didn’t mind or they appreciated his service and speed. I just thought this was nice to hear and wanted to let that guy know his peach oolong tea was absolutely fantastic and if I didn’t have to drive 3 hours to get to Eugene I would be at this shop...

There is a wait .the prices could be a squeeze lower but I'm not complaining.boba head serves your choice of creamy additions to your. boba drink with many flavored boss some even have injected flavors inside them so when you bite down a.flavor blast surges in your mouth yummy. They have flavors such as rose ,lavender, chai,green tea and many more .their hours are daytime till 5 or 6 but don't quote me.prior.to.covid one could go inside and sit at a table to enjoy there drink.clean but in need of upgrade with the decor for sure. All.parking is free and ground level located in a strip mall off west 11th.close to the post office and what used to be the.dmv off tyne st.boba head can be seen from either streets.stop by enjoy something yummy...
