After many years of back pain, shoulder pain, "old man" pain I finally decided it was time for a new bed. I've been sleeping on the same bed for about 8 years. So my girlfriend and I made it a mission to find our "forever" bed. I spent about a month researching all sorts of beds and the technology behind them. We went to so many stores looking at beds, trying them out, asking questions, discussing pros and cons. We knew going into this we were going to be making a large investment. Store after store, salesperson after salesperson, bed after bed we just couldn't find the right fit to what we were after. That was until we went into the Valley River "Mattress Company" and met with Denise. She spent over an hour talking and walking us through all sorts of mattresses, teaching us about each one, and helping us find our forever bed. We finally "pulled the trigger" and we couldn't be happier. We ended up buying the Tempurpedic Flex Supreme and we have no regrets. Denise was amazing allowing us time to process every aspect with no pressure at all. We felt so comfortable with her and the store. I came home so excited and overjoyed. I called my best friend who's also in the market for a new bed and told him he had to go into the store. Thank you Denise and thank you to "The Mattress Company" for making our overwhelming experience so simple and finalizing what we wanted. Read moreUpdate: After the bed we purchased finally got delivered, they showed up without the pump and remote to make it work. Then a week later when they come back to install the pump, they don't have the hoses or the power cord for it. In the mean time we have a $2500 air mattress that is uncomfortable as heck and in order to make is softer I have to pul a plug and let air out manually, knowing I can't re-inflate without the pump. Still waiting for a working bed:(
We were given a quote on 2/24 with an expiration date of 3/1. Then I received an email saying it was good until 4/1. After trying to purchase on 3/4 they said it was a mistake and the quote was no longer valid. Stating that it was a end of month special. I would have purchased sooner had I not been given false information. They would not do anything to try accommodate us for their mis-communication and even went as far as to say it was my fault for giving them an email and not a phone number. What ever happened to...

It's been a challenge over the last couple years trying to find a good decent pillow that doesn't hurt my neck. Dillon was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. He explained about the different materials and styles. He has great customer service skills, was very patient and kind. They have a wonderful selection of pillows there.
