Beyond disappointed in my order today. My partner placed an online order under Laura for 6:30. I arrived to pick up the order at 6:30 and announced i was there for Laura. I was sat and waited for 20 minutes and then approached the desk to be told that our last pizza (of two) was sitting behind him on the table...and it was half made with no one actively making it. This entire time I'm watching people come and go with their pizzas well after I arrived. It's about 6:55 now and I placed the order for 6:30 pick up at 5:43. At 7:00 he finally finishes making the pizza and sends me with just the pizzas without any of our sides drinks or desserts. So i had to come back in to get the rest of our order. We weren't offered anything to make this right, just a half hearted "sorry". As of now I would absolutely not recommend this place. Part of working in customer service, is knowing that when you make a mistake like that, you make it right. I try not to be a Karen, but these guys were just not on it at...

It was not until AFTER it was cooked, i noticed it had NO Frito chips, and hardly any bbq sauce. I called to let them know and all the manager offered was to have it brought in and they would then give us a small bag of fritos to add on it, as if they thought we were lying about fritos. It had already been cooked as its a take and bake, and would put my birthday dinner back at least an hour with commute. If you are going to offer a speciality pizza, you should atleast put the toppings on it that make it THE advertised pizza, and when you inconvenience a customer, you fix it. A simple coupon for a replacement would have been appropriate since you couldn't provide the actual pizza i ordered and then put the burden on me to retrieve a small handful of fritos. Papa Murphys has been a strong standby in my home base of Medford and rarely has there been an issue with either location, so imagine my suprise when I discover a location in the Santa Clara neighborhood of North Eugene that makes the others look old and tired. This location is flat out amazing.
They have a slightly different menu and a completely different mindset. Eugene is more of a "cyber city" so a huge part of the business is online and already paid for so 75% of customers walkin and back out under 30 seconds later. That means pizza's flying out the door. But lets say you have a custom pizza, not a menu item? Ive experienced 5 min delays typically (still fast!) But this location cuts that in half with no mistakes! ...
