Last day in Eugene on a short vacation, we decided to find a good breakfast before hitting the long road home. Decided to check this spot out; it was packed and understandably so given it was 10 o'clock on a Sunday morning. Put our names on the list; we were seated surprisingly quickly, given how busy it was. The menu is enticing in every way, but the crab cakes Benedict in particular caught my eye. Oh. My. GOD. Without a shred of doubt, these were the best eggs Benedict I have ever had. I cannot describe the euphoria I experienced upon first bite; I transcended space and time to a place where nothing ages, nothing moves, just suspension in the complete emotion of that bite. The heavens parted and I heard the choir of the ages singing their exalted praises. A single tear escaped from my eye as I gently wafted back down to reality; never again will I taste something so perfect, so monumental. It might have ruined Benedicts for me forever, simply because they will never be as good as those Benedicts on that day. My boyfriend had some french toast thing with plenty of deliciousness drizzled on top, but I honestly couldn't hear anything he was saying due to the sheer force of pleasure I was experiencing with my own plate. 10/10, would have a life changing experience again.

Came here on a Saturday morning with no reservation and on the way back to California on the I-5! We were quite tired and glad when we were seated in 5 minutes even though there was a quite a bit of a bustle. Food: I got the Zorro's Benedict and I liked the mix of Polenta and the eggs! We also got the full order of the French toast, which was lighter and just as sweet as we liked them. Would recommend for sure as a post-meal sort of dessert snack! I also really liked the Northern Lights Benedict as a classic meal here and it had a really subtle but distinct flavor to it! Service: The waiters came by semi-frequently to refill our waters and check in with us! Ambiance: Super casual but nice place! A great place to hide from the rain for sure. Overall, a cute place that I'd come back to! Prices are reasonable.

14min wait for food Offered a "drink on the house" (FREE) for long wait Fresh Avocados: $2.25 The Usual Suspect (Cheeseburger): $8.95 2 Classic Pancakes: $5.85 Total: $17.05 Parking is tight, only 3/4 good car stalls. Hard to come out of once you’re finished eating. If parking lot is full I’m assuming you’ll just have to find street parking nearby. The employees are overall nice and respectful towards their customers. I didn’t have any problems with them. I rated four stars because the food was delicious but the parking wasn’t that great. It’s so small! Plus as previously stated above I’m not sure that you can park on the street legally.

In the past, this place has always been a very special place for me and my daughter. The coffee always supurb. The music, the food and the chefs singing always made the ambiance of this place supreme. But not now. Now it seems that something has drastically changed that will deter me to finding another place to have a slice of happiness with. On my most recent visit, I made the mistake of not realizing that the Eggs Benedict I ordered came with ham. Which dietarily I don't ever eat. It was my mistake and I asked if they could remake my order without it. The manager on duty verified that I needed it completely remade because I can't eat pork. I apologized and said yes. Unfortunately I found that when I was given my "new" order, now on cibatta bread, the entire dish was stone cold and the potatoes that were burnt on my first order were the same burnt potatoes now stone cold. The manager came over to see if everything was alright and I told her that my entire dish was now stone cold. I told her I would eat it because I was too hungry and didn't want to send back another dish. She offered to pay for my coffee. I spent the rest of the day super sick from eating it. And it's my belief that iits because the cooks didn''t remake the dish but only replated it without the ham. When I complained to the waitress about the burnt potatoes, she acknowledged that they knew that one of their cooks didn''t know how to time his cooking and always overcooked his food.. Then why is he still cooking for you? They've lost my respect and I'll have to now find a different...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Studio One Café in Eugene, and it was a delightful experience that merits a full 5-star rating.

From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted warmly and promptly seated, despite the café being bustling with patrons. The efficiency and warmth of their service did not just stop at the entrance. Our drink orders were taken swiftly, and we were pleasantly surprised at how fast they arrived at our table, all within mere minutes of ordering.

Equally impressive was the speed at which our food orders were served. Despite the rush, not a hint of delay or haste was seen in the delivery of our meals, which speaks volumes about their excellent service management.

An unexpected situation required us to leave earlier than anticipated, but the staff at Studio One Café rose to the occasion beautifully. They quickly packed our food to-go and settled our checks in no time, making what could have been a stressful situation seamlessly easy.

The food was fantastic, brimming with delicious flavors that left us wanting more. However, what outshone the excellent food was the service. It was nothing short of spectacular, making our dining experience even more special.

Studio One Café is a gem in Eugene that I would highly recommend. They masterfully blend delicious cuisine with unparalleled service, making every visit a culinary delight. I eagerly look forward to...

Just moved back to town after living in Portland for the last 15 years, decided that one of the things I would like to do being back is try out different restaurants that either were here or we’re not here when I used to live here as a kid. Went to studio One for breakfast was seated promptly, ordered their advertising somewhat famous eggs Benedict after I ordered they informed me that they didn’t have sweet potato fries. I said fine I’ll go ahead with the regular ones not that big of a deal, was served hot food that tasted good, but by no means blew me out of the water. A portion of my eggs Benny was cold. However the fries were hot in the food in general it was OK. their server Didn’t seem to have any money in the till nor were they very polite when I was given in my bill I paid with cash and was told they didn’t have any change. Ok I guess, because I was tipping anyway however the way it’s always worked for my whole life is: you pay they give you change and then you tip them for Service rendered. I didn’t know it was a regular thing to be have your change held hostage for a tip. Because I’m a polite guy I went ahead and handed him a couple bucks on top of the $.50 just because I didn’t wanna problem nor did I want to be embarrassed in a restaurant. Food was OK but I’m not really impressed with the overall service I received it...
