TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in Eugene

Came in with my daughter. Every employee was super respectful. We ordered and I ran to bathroom to wash my hands. Sat down and ate a few chips and sipped on drink while waiting on sandwiches. Sat here for maybe 7 or 8 minutes and didn't hear my name. I heard another customer that came in whole we were waiting get their name called and their food was ready. I walked up and noticed a bag at the counter. I asked if it was mine and the worker checked and confirmed. She apologized and said they called my name out. But my daughter nor I heard them. The worker offered to remake the sandwiches but they were cold and we were hungry..so not to worried. I told her I probably just didn't hear them and it was my fault.

We sat down and ate and while we were eating I'm assuming the supervisor walked up to us, apologized and gave us two free coupons for two free subs.

We only had a wait a few extra minutes, the food was excellent, the service is exceptional, the restaurant is clean, the bathrooms were spotless and we are customers for life.

I saw the manager's reply to my message, and I thought I'd give the Pretzelrami a shot. Returned once more to this location.

First off, the Pretzelrami is a really good sandwich. I thoroughly recommend it with its standard ingredients, no complaints. If you can get it on a sale, even better!

Unfortunately, I came in about a half-hour to closing. The soda machine was not working correctly. Sprite tasted like lemonade, Dr Pepper dispensing chunky gloopy syrup and very little carbonation. I brought this to the attention of the employees, who came over and checked the fluid levels and said everything was fine. Fluid levels wouldn't have anything to do with these kinds of failures. I opted for tea, but the spigots had already been dismantled, and I was informed it was to be expected so close to closing.

I can only draw conclusion that it is protocol to begin early shutdown prior to closing at this establishment, and to not expect full service or any real empathy from the staff. I have adjusted my score accordingly and will not...

Hadn't had togos in like 20 years so I decided to try them earlier this week. Ordered a French dip. It was preordered to be ready at a specific time. When I got my sandwich, it was pretty obvious it had been sitting for at least 30 minutes prior to my arrival (less than 5 minutes after the selected pickup time). The Jus was room temperature? And the sandwich was neither hot, nor melty.

Thinking maybe ordering right before I go would be better, I tried them again today. I even tried something different to make sure it wasn't just that sandwich.

Sadly, it wasn't better than my trip earlier this week. The sandwich was marginally hotter, but the ingredients feel cheap and processed, and the overall taste is subpar considering a 6-inch sub is $10+.
