So my wife and I have visited this location semi-frequently and can't think of too many instances where there wasn't something wrong, "the charbroiler is down, we can't make your whopper," or "I am sorry the sundae is advertised on our drive thru menu, we don't carry that item..." but this past Thursday, April 2, 2015 takes the cake. We order her a large water, because she doesn't really drink soda, to go along with a $24 order. A few hours later, she gets to the bottom of the cup and no more water is coming out of the straw, so she decides to take off the lid to get the last little bit of water and eat the ice. HORRIBLE IDEA, or lucky, depending on how you look at it... At the bottom of the cup, was the remains (portion of abdomen and a leg) of what appeared to be a Crane Fly or "mesquito eater." She freaked out (like many people, she does not handle bugs well)! Disgusted and nearing vomiting over the wonder of how much of this she had already ingested prior to discovery, I attempted to contact the location... No answer. It was about 11PM so I figured they were busy closing up and didn't hear the phone. I tried calling back the next morning at 11AM. Again, no answer. I gave them another hour, no answer... I am calling the number printed on the receipt. So I think maybe I will try the corporate customer service line. I called them about 12:30PM Friday afternoon, at which point I was informed my concerns were forwarded to the district manager and general manager and that I would be contacted shortly. At 4:30PM, I still hadn't heard from anyone, so I called back and was assured someone would be contacting me shortly. Saturday no response... Sunday, no response... Monday afternoon, still hadn't heard anything, so I called customer service again, and was apologized to for no one having contacted me and assured someone would contact me. Tuesday no contact, with another call into the customer service number with the same responses from them. Now we are at Wednesday, with NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE!!! And yet again, the usual response from the customer service...
Read moreI visited this BK today and placed an order using the app. My order was place at 8:59pm. I arrive at the drive thru to pick up my order and waited until 9:41 to finally receive service. I was then informed they did not have any of the food for my $30 order. I simply requested they process a refund but instead they offered other food options. It would have been fine to just choose something else if it was my but this order was for my children. I informed the employee that I would just ask for them to process my refund. I was informed that there was no management on the premises to process the refund. I informed them I want a refund no matter what. I was told there was nothing to be done. The employee slammed and locked the window. I asked for a copy of my order purchase and a number to contact either their district office or corporate office. I was told to just look it up. The so called store manager by the name of Aaron showed up, sagging pants with showing underwear, very professional right. Several minutes later Euless police is rolling up on me and my family as if we are the problem. I informed the officer of the details surrounding this incident and even the responding officer could not get an answer from them. I simply informed BK that if they could not process my refund they will not be conducting any other business tonight. The officer informed me this is a reoccurring issue at this location and suggested my family and I visit another company. Advice taken after they closed early for the night.
BK called police on black family because BK did not want to give the customers that did not receive any food their money back. I’m am now out of $30.00. This business received money from a customer and failed to provide services or goods for such. If this has been the other way around I would be...
Read moreAngela the manager and the other employees need some training. I went in with my two grandsons and ordered two burgers, two frozen drinks and a meal deal for myself. The frozen drinks weren't with the order when I picked it up and the cashier gave me a blank look when I asked about them. The assistant manager heard me and said that the frozen drink machine wasn't working right so she didn't want to charge me for them but that she would bring them out in 15-20 minutes. My grandsons were playing and eating. After about 20 minutes I went to ask about them. There were two employees near the counter talking to each other. Angela was facing me, but didn't acknowledge me until she saw my body language say "hey, a little help here." She had just arrived, so wasn't aware of what had happened before. She went to the register like she was going to ring me up and I told her I had already ordered them. I asked who the manager was and she said "I just got here." The assistant manager who had talk to me earlier said she was the manager. I told them they need to get their act together. A couple of minutes later, Angela came out with a copy of my order. She was trying to prove point that I hadn't paid for the frozen drinks. What she failed to do was get the background of the situation. She was very confrontational, in front of the children, and clearly had no interest in my satisfaction as a customer. I told her I didn't want to talk to her anymore and she said "me either". Whoever owns this place should get her some customer service training. There were very few customers in the place during the hour or so I was there. The employees were clearly more interested in each other than they were providing good...
