The overweight white girl with the greasy pony-tail...& the african american drive through girl with the huge gap between her teeth...Both of them are unprofessional & treat customers at this tacobell poorly!!! On Wed June 7th at 730pm I ordered a meal with a pepsi through the drive through & after pulling past the window i noticed they put no ice in my drink. So i drove around to the doors to go in and add ice myself, using the lobby soda machine... However the doors were locked for some reason? At 730pm lobby is supposed to be open...even the door said open until 11pm. So having to waste even more time i didnt have...i got back into the drive through, & pulled up to the window & explained how my drink had no ice & asked for a new drink... In which then the rude gap toothed chick said shes not allowed to take my cup through the window to redo/add ice to my drink & she ALSO can't give me a new drink without charging me for a seperate drink... None of this made sense, considering they knew i just come through and ordered. They had rude attitudes & seemed "inconvenienced" that i was asking for ice in my drink, for a meal i JUST PAID FOR, that THEY didnt put ice in.
But they continued to request me buy a 2nd drink for nothing, & refused to open the lobby (bcuz theyre short staffed they said🤔)... This was an easy fix.. however these lazy, unprofessional, rude, & unclassy girls there refused to fix their mistake on my recent order. So if you go here...expect laziness, messed up orders, and a problematic and complicated experience.
Ps: They also 'force you to pay cash" and lie about their credit card machine being down... They're clearly stealing from this establishment. And considering the way they look, talk to customers, & NEVER give customers a receipt bcuz (they dont actually ring it up)... Im sure theyre stealing on a daily...
Read moreI just came from Taco Bell ordered two chicken Crunchwrap supreme and 2 soft tacos and a mango drink. I ask for my receipt and she said it’s in the bag but there is no receipt and she charged me for chicken crunwrap but gave me beef which is against my culture and we don’t even eat. Been calling there over 10 times but they pick up the phone and hung up every time. The lady that is at the drive thru is such a rude lady. What a waste of my money throwing food in the trash. Is that how Taco Bell makes money giving wrong orders to the customers? I have heard several negative comments and infact I did even wrote one time to the management how the same lady at drive thru waiting in line I placed the order and when I went to the window has said she don’t have my order and ask me to go back to line again. Had it not been for my daughter I would have not done that but I had to be back in line wait another 20 -30 minutes. She is so rude. But nothing was done by the management not even an apology email. Wonder how they are staying in business with such rude behavior and wonder if Taco Bell have asked not to provide receipt cuz I had asked last time too and she said it’s in the bag and there was none and this time also she said it’s in the bag but there is no receipt. Read moreI always have issues with this place and will never come back. They take too long on the drive thru, I wanted my money back since my food wasn’t ready. I had to get to work and couldn’t waste anymore time. So the manger had said to come back for my refund. Later during my lunch break about 2-3 hours in returning from the initial order. There was another manger there I can’t remember her name but she was super rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me a refund although the other manger had signed her name for my refund. All she said was she will make me the order. I told her I no longer wanted the food just my refund. She then tells she can’t do it and walks away. I had asked for her name, she refused. I told her I needed her name so that I’m able to write or call corporate to reference her unwillingly in helping with my refund. I never heard a manger not able to refund a customer. So you can easily take someone’s money but can’t refund when you screw up someone’s time & money. This manager was very argumentative and loud refusing to give her name. That one of the other workers gave me her name since the manager wouldn’t. Anyways stay away from this place. Save your time and money & go to the Taco Bell...
