Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Euless

The lobby was filthy. The lighting was dreary. It made the place look dull and depressing. The air conditioning either wasn't working or wasn't on. Either way my fiance which is pregnant and myself couldn't stand to be inside. It was sweltering hot inside. I felt extremely bad for the employees having to work in there. It was easily over 90 degrees inside the lobby. It was hard to breath. The bathrooms weren't very clean and they smelled extremely bad. We went through the drive thru and purchases two orders of spicy loaded mini tacos, and a large Dr Pepper. The tacos weren't loaded with anything. They barely had any cheese. The cheese literally covered 4 of the 15 tacos. There was barely any lettuce and come to find out there was supposed to be some kind of sauce but there wasn't. We waited more than ten minutes in the drive thru for our order while they served the few people inside. I cannot believe the condition of this restaurant. The outside looks run down. Old advertisements and dingy signage. The windows look like they haven't been cleaned in years. I will not return to this location. It makes me think twice before going to any other Jack in the box locations. Every time I tried to get the employees attention they acted like I want there. I hope all locations aren't this bad. Like I said I'll consider a different restaurant first before I chose...

I questioned whether I should leave a review here or not and honestly I’m glad I did. This particular store has very friendly staff. Seriously, the young man usually on the Togo window is refreshingly respectful and professional. He’s probably 17 and is full of great energy. Contagious! Sometimes I grab a sandwich before work just to catch a vibe. The other Togo attendants are Xtra friendly and full of smiles. Not kidding, every time I stop in, is the absolute best fast food experience I’ve gotten, hands down… clear on the microphone, very Matter of fact, as it should be when people are hurrying along. But……..

Today the food quality was subpar. Not because of the preparation but the actual product. See, I always get a Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club sandwich by itself. Normally So good. Thick chicken breast and fresh toppings, perfect amount of batter and cooked perfectly! Couple days ago stopped in, same smiling staff members but ended up with a nearly whole sandwich patty of grease and batter. I was a little upset, I was starving and trying to grab a few calories before work but I couldn’t go back. I’ve noticed a major decline in service at most locations. I normally don’t frequent because of that. Food’s usually great. Staff? But this place off of 183 & Main in Euless is exceptional. 5 stars!...

Worst experience at Jack with Mrs. Belinda so called district manager. Called me names while I was at the window. So I will explain. I approached the speaker and I am usually soft spoken and she said twice I can't hear you so I cleared my throat and I raised my voice. So then I approached the window and I apologized cause I had to raise my voice and as she closes the window she speaks to the people in the kitchen and says to them "la senora en la ventana dijo perdon que ridicula" so did you just call me RIDICULA, so I told her she was rude and out of line so I asked for a manager and she was I am the manager and I said no well then give me the district manager phone number and she was like figure it out. Closed the window and I waited to get my receipt of my visit. I didn't make no scene but best believe I wanted to. First of all she needed to clean her ears so I didnt have to speak my order 3 times. I'm just surprised that she made it seem like I was rude when I'm not. I just want to complain but not to her about her. Its probably a franchisee and they couldn't hire people with respect to customers. I really was not rude but people usually cant hear me cause I am always soft spoken. Just made...
