I was with my boyfriend at the time of drive-thru purchase. I frequent this store and many others in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area as I go to a Starbucks everyday. I should be considered a highly valued Gold Card customer, due to the amount of money I spend there. I always order the same beverage: A Grande Mocha Frappuccino with double shots of espresso instead of the Frappuccino roast. They decided recently as other stores did, to start charging me for both shots instead of a substitution that should be easily completed in the computer system. Keep in mind: I am a former Starbucks Barista myself. So I know what's up. What we did get however, particularly at this location today was major attitude from three Starbucks Partners. One quote "You wouldn't have been charged if you just didn't order the shots" like I was complaining about only the cost. No sir I wanted the shots but I should not have to now pay an additional $1.70 on top of an already $5 drink. But it's okay if they would have either said yes to make the frequent & kind Customer happy or said NO politely. I would have just driven off. But my boyfriend and I did not appreciate such condescension and rudeness earlier this afternoon at this store. I also did not recognize the three baristas today, so due to their lack of knowledge and attitude I'm only going to assume that they are new hires, and better get their attitudes in check or they probably won't be there much longer. Thank you! have a...
Read more7:10am Placed a mobile order for a shaken espresso, and I usually customize the milk and ice, but I didn’t see the option this time. I called the store immediately after placing my order to request lighter milk (even if it meant the drink wasn’t filled to the top). An older man answered with an attitude and rudely said, “There’s no button for that for a reason; we don’t make it like that.”
I explained that I’ve requested this at multiple locations without an issue, but he didn’t care. Instead of helping, he cut me off with a rude “Anything else?”—and then hung up before I could even respond.
When I got to the window with my dad, he didn’t even have the guts to look at us. We took the drink without saying a word, and of course—it was more than half empty. I understand modifications aren’t always guaranteed, but I’ve never received a drink this empty before. The attitude on top of it all? Completely unnecessary.
Ridiculous experience. Would love a refund or a properly made drink, but at this point, they should just close down this location based off unprofessional attitude experienced across all reviews I’ve seen here. Barista description: old man, glasses,...
Read moreWent here with my family and spent 40$ On a mix of food and coffee. After driving away to start a 2hour trip out of town we found that they had messed up our order. Not only have they forgotten things but there was also hair in two of the sandwiches. I called notified the staff member that answered (of the forgotten items not the hair) and was told my name would be on a list to replace the forgotten items. Skip to the next day when I went in to pick up said items. I was treated like a thief by Christy, Joey, Anissa, Channing and Mallory. After accusing us of lying and refusing to check the list for my name they closed the window on us so they could take turns laughing and making faces at us through the window. When I asked for the district managers number they refused to give it to me. I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my life. Save your money and go elsewhere. The staff and food...
