Hardee’s — Restaurant in Evans

Came through the drive-thru ordered a Mushroom Swiss, a Famous Star and a Western Bacon Cheese burger. The sign out front says "Thick charburgers", what a joke! I ordered a half cut tea and watched the drive-thru gal only get sweet tea from a container next to the pop machine. I asked if it was 1/2 cut and she said "yes"! I also ordered a diet dr. pepper as I am diabetic and love the soda once in a while, and a regular dr. pepper. However the drive-thru girl with her pink braids to he butt, didn't push any buttons on the top of the sodas, turns out my soda was not diet and my sugars the next morning were through the roof. I asked before leaving which soda was which, she said "the dark one is the diet". Really? All of our burgers were stepped on, the buns smashed beyond identity and zero sauce on the burgers. If you are going to run a Hardee's you should be running it to the restaurant's expectations. No one offered any other sides, asked if we wanted a larger size drink and no napkins were given. Everything about this location is perfect!!! The food, the service, and the restaurant all in perfect order. I think this is the only location in the CSRA that sells chicken with the bone in it, which is so delicious. The burgers and fries are delicious as well but the chicken has it going on!!! The right amount of seasoning and crispness. The sweet tea always has the right amount of sweetness that I often drink several cups. I hate that this is the only location that sells chicken because it's quite far from my home, so it's quite a trek here and back. So I usually make a trip out of coming here and visiting other stores in the area. The employees are always on point giving you their undivided attention and making sure that every trip to this restaurant is as better as the time before. Only thing I wish could be better is that they offer more sides to go along with the chicken. There are about 4 or 5 you can choose from and one being peach cobbler. I like some type of leafy green or vegetable to eat with my chicken. Maybe they will add more in the future, but I'm definitely pleased with...

I ordered a BEC combo and 1 steak biscuit and 3 sausage biscuits. Not only did I have to wait but my order was wrong and the receipt I got wasn't even mine!! We noticed lady swipe card several times and asked why she said card reader wasn't reading! When we got our order we was short some biscuits and I had go back in with wrong receipt no way to prove my order! It was so chaotic with workers they didn't even ask just gave me biscuits I was short. Checked my account this morning and was charged for my order THEN some!!!! Tried to call this restaurant and number said call cannot be connected at this time! What the???? Who can't get a hold of a business such as Hardee's??? Had to call my bank and get this sorted out!
