Went to drive thru and ordered a cup of ice cream ( plain sundae) . Order taker wrung it up as an ice cream cone. We told him we don’t want a cone just the plain sundae. He told us it would be correct. So we go to the pay window first and it still says ice cream cone on the ticket. I asked again will they know it’s not a cone just plain ice cream sundae up front. He says, “yes, yes.” Then we proceed to the pick up window to get our food. We got our food and then I see the girl bringing us an ice cream cone. I told her we ordered a plain sundae and he wrung it up as a cone. He told us it would be right. So she walks off and comes back with the ice cream cone upside down in the sundae cup. I told her that was unacceptable. I would not accept that. Can we just get a plain Sundae as we ordered? She stated you didn’t order a sundae you ordered an ice cream cone. I told her that was on the ticket like that because the order taker put it like that but we 100% ordered a plain sundae. She tells us to pull forward. At this point I stated for what? All we are asking is for a plain sundae not an ice cream cone that was wrung up wrong. We will not pull up. So then she comes back with a chocolate sundae and hands it to us. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.. I told her that was wrong. We only want a plain sundae for the 100th time. Again you will have to pull forward. I refused again. I don’t understand how hard this is. Let me speak to your manager so I can just get a plain sundae. I have a 16 month old and she can’t eat an ice cream cone without making a mess. Finally we got a plain ice cream sundae. I was wore out trying to explain to them something so simple. They really didn’t care or try.I still can’t believe they just stuck the ice cream cone upside down in the sundae cup and served it instead of making it right...
Read moreOne of my granddaughters favorite it the yogurt parfait. We ordered a parfait to get this cup of frozen fruit with. Spoonful of yogurt. I immediately parked and came inside. The manager who was at the counter was very rude. I said ma’am this is not the way a parfait is suppose to be. She said “I didn’t make that parfait” In my mind I didn’t care who made it. It was wrong and I merely wanted the right thing. You could tell it was just made because the fruit was frozen. The fruit was on the bottom with about a teaspoon of yogurt on top. I went to the Mcdonald app to show the sarcastic shift manager what it was suppose to look like, and she said “ you don’t have to show me a picture, I know what they look like. There was another gentleman in line bringing back his yogurt also. The point is this rude individual who is suppose to represent the McDonald’s franchise, was actually damaging their credibility. If this is the kind of management you have representing your store, you might need to train them on customer courtesy and people relations. I politely left the store without saying a word knowing I would address this on google and if enough people would start complaining about the poor customer service; just maybe someone will take a stance. This was on a Sunday. The lady wasn’t wearing a name tag because I looked for her name, because I visit that store almost every morning before work for breakfast and have been so pleased with the kindness and personable customer service from them, but on this day, I was taken back and appalled at the rudeness and lack of consideration this employee displayed towards my granddaughter and myself. I told her I wanted my money back and she and her little coworkers smirked and laughed. Watch out for the weekend crew. It was...
Read moreClearly things need to change at this location with the number of 1 star reviews. Service was slow, even at a non rush hour time. Playplace is closed....again. The playplace was the sole reason we went in to eat verses going in the drive thru. Half the soda options are not available in the dining area. I waited for my togo order for about 20 minutes. When it finally was ready, I quickly glanced in the bag to see if everything was there. Seemed close, so I took my 2 children out to the car and double checked to see if the order was all there. Sure enough it was not. Went back inside to get the missing double cheeseburger and ended up waiting again for 10-15 minutes. So even after my initial 20 minute wait they still messed up my order. My jaw about hit the floor when I over heard one employee ask if him and another worker could go on break! What seemed like the manager, held it together enough to kindly tell them only one at a time. I would have lost it! Now, I am one that tries to find the positive in every situation. So, my positive in this situation is; my fries WERE fresh. (They cooled after waiting the 2nd time) I also enjoyed chatting with the 2 Doordash men that also had to wait a good bit of time for their pick ups. The employees were kind and never showed any attitude with anyone. Just an overall disappointing...
