Never have I ever been disrespected like I was today at the Domino's in Evanston, IL on Foster Ave. I ordered a pizza online and tracked it being ordered to prepared for pick up. I selected Pick up option and had my dad pick it up as soon as it was ready. By the time they got to my house the pizza was cold and dried out. Mind you I live 5-7 minutes away from the restaurant. My son had eaten 2 squares before I came to look at it and saw that it was dried out and cold. I called the store and the manager Mia was EXTREMELY nasty and disrespectful via the telephone as well as in person. When I told Mia, which I later found out was the store manager that the pizza was cold and dried out she said she made the pizza order as it came in and and that I should be appreciative that they put extra cheese on my pizza. I told her that isn't how I ordered it and doesn't change the fact that my pizza is cold and dried out. After she continued to cut me off when speaking she said did I want them to make me another one. I told her with her attitude and tone and lack of professionalism if she was remaking my pizza I had a problem with that. She said they would remake the pizza but I had to come pick it up, they refused to deliver it even after i started telling them that I had a very sick small child which would in turn require me to leave the house with her in cold. Still refusing to deliver the pizza in exchange for the cold dried out one I had. I had no choice but to go to the location where I decided I wanted my money back. Mia took it up a notch and didn't even the decency to put the money in my hand instead she tossed me all singles on the counter ( as in to be passive aggressive). While this was happening I could hear her team gossiping about me returning the pizza as if someone has never done this before. Needless to say I will NEVER get pizza from them again. I have worked in customer service/ retail management for 10 years never have I ever regardless of who and what the customer said have I been nasty or not provided excellent customer service or DISRESPECTED someone when they feel that they didn't get quality product that they have paid for. My suggestion is to get customer service and conflict resolution training for the manager. She clearly has set a tone in that establishment that customers can be talked to and treated any...

Originally they said they didn’t have delivery drivers and told me to call Skokie Dominos, which I did, and they laughed on the phone that Evanston Dominos would tell me something so strange that they can’t deliver pizza for 40 people with 24 hr notice. Probably a new person. No big deal.
I called back and Roger(Smokey) took my order over the phone Feb 18th. He sounded very tired, stoned, bedtime voice, and it made us laugh. After the poor delivery experience it was clear he must’ve been stoned on the call.
I asked for a delivery at 4:45 Feb 19th. Pizza for 40 people(mostly children). I ordered 8 pizzas, 5 sodas, and asked for delivery the next night. I paid $120 and thought it was a good deal. I was very worried the order was not accurate from the tone of my sleepy friend, Roger. He assured me he would be in for his shift and deliver my pizza personally.
The next day I called when they opened to confirm all the details. Someone new answered and everything sounded good. I was not too worried as long as my guy Rog gets to work, all should go according to the plan.
The pizza delivery guy calls at 4:42 to say they are out of the drink I ordered and he’s bringing different sodas with him so he asked what I wanted. I confirmed sprite and orange soda, then asked when he was coming, he hung up on me.
Called back 20 minutes later(still no pizza to feed kids) and no answer. Called 4 more times and the call couldn’t go through. Wifey called multiple times until a manager picked up. He explained that Smokey(Roger) the delivery driver was 20 minutes late for his shift so the manager promised he’d get a stern talking to.
Now over an hour late we called and called. Eventually the manager answered again to let us know the 8 pizzas were delivered to a random house around the corner from where we were. $120 of pizza just dropped off without double checking it was correct. They refunded me the money.
The party was stressed from us being on the phone, 25 kids had only cake to eat, and parents showed up at 7 PM to pick up their sugar rush children. All in all it was a huge waste of time to call Evanston Dominos in the...
Read moreAbsolutely GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I ordered a pizza from my daughters apt at 7:00 pm last night. At 8:30 I called the store to track my order. They said the delivery driver left the store thirty minutes prior, and the store is three miles from my daughter's apt. Upon hanging up, the delivery driver calls and says he is downstairs. I go downstairs, no one is there. Then he calls again. I go down again. No one is there. I told him...you are not here i have come down twice and he hung up on me. My daughter calls the store back. She's on hold 34 minutes (I HAVE SCREENSHOT) I call to speak to a manager from my phone...which they pick up for and Latosha the manager tells me they (suddenly) don't deliver to that address. She was RUDE AND NASTY AND HAD NO BUSINESS MANAGING ANYTHING UNTIL SHE LEARNS TO MANAGE HER MOUTH.. This is almost THREE HOURS LATER. We use that particular location on occasion so I KNOW they deliver to Howard Street in Evanston. In the past we have had to send drivers back for forgotten items ie; sodas and icing for cinnimon sticks. i wound up going to Burger King. The order never came. If you don't mind being spoken to like a dog, waiting all night for food that never comes or comes with the order inaccurate...THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Otherwise, I'd suggest you...
