We had a party of eight and were seated after about 10 minutes. Service was friendly and quick. We had nachos and wings as appetizers. They were ok nothing special. Several got loaded Mac and cheese. The pasta was very al dente and the roux for the sauce was very watery. It was not rich or creamy and lacked of any cheesiness. Another item ordered by a couple was the smoked burnt ends. There was no smoke flavor, they seemed to have been baked and they weren't trimmed very well as most were very fatty. The loaded baked potato looked great! Getting the Hostess to seat us was quite the job. She was always busy cleaning tables and talking, finally some other lady came and seated us in a booth. Adam was our waiter and did a great job. He could remember our orders without having to write anything down that was amazing. Ribeye was ok, nothing really special especially for the $34 price. Burnt ends that my wife had she said were pretty good. Later we went to the bar for drinks and the female bartender was cranky. Really not a very good "people person." This is 3rd time that the simple meal of chicken fingers and fries were not fit to eat! First time the fries were soggy and no longer coated like they use to be. The chicken had 0 flavor. 2nd time the chicken was under cooked and fries no season. This last time fries still not like before and chicken so dry and over cooked I couldn't bite into them! The cigarette smell is overwhelming and would think with all the money making could get a better filtration system. Some staff lack customer service and wish there was a door where I could actually bring my family. If they think I'm going to take my 14 yr old to Cavenaughs for a $60 steak they are crazy.
