Honestly, a little disappointed.

Stood in line for an hour to be told 3 cookies were unavailable (including the signature/weekly) chocolate chip cookie. I expected some of the speciality cookies to be gone with how busy they were with a new opening but to be out of 3 cookies by midday and only knowing after standing in line for an hour was a little frustrating (I'm sure for staff too). I feel like as much as the manager (I assume) was coming outside to tell customers in line it wouldn't be much longer, there could have possibly been an update to the long line outside that nearly half of the cookie flavors were not avaliable. (The app only showed one was not avaliable). Definitely a missed opportunity somewhere there. We definitely were left with the worst flavors to choose from, and they honestly were just okay in my opinion.

With that being said, I know this is a busy spot right now as it's new, and the staff was working their hardest to get orders out, so assuming this won't be the case on a regular basis. Staff was kind and super forgiving and I could tell they were stressed out.

I would definitely try again, just with more exciting flavors...

I go there around 4:00 p.m. and it was 93 outside.... I stood outside for over an hour sweating like crazy thinking to myself no way are these cookies worth it. Phone in my hand ready to call my wife and say let’s just get some Chips Ahoy.... I finally get inside WHAT A RELIEF! Wrong. Building has no AC. They take my order I get 2 of everything and a large glass of water! They’re out of water.... How does one run out of water?!?!?! After ordering I stand for another 15-20 minutes. All the employees are very apologetic and kind I must say! They hand me my cookies at this point I don’t even want them! I get in my 1000 degree truck open the box and I’m taken back by their beauty. With sweat filled socks and a bad attitude I grab the Salted Toffee take a bite and let me tell you something!!!! I almost got back in line!!!! Holy cow!!! Thick, soft, chewy, salty, pure bliss in my hands! If you are reading this wondering if it’s worth the wait. Allow me to be one of the hundreds here to tell you! Yes! Yes it is!!! Bring water, maybe a first aid kit, heck maybe even an overnight bag. But go get...

I'm not sure why everyone thinks these are the best cookies ever. I ordered 4 different flavors/types, 3 of each, total of 12 cookies. The kentucky butter cake was sweet but just kind of plain. The chocolate chip tasted exactly like the butter cake, just with a chocolate chip here and there. The chocolate potato chip also tasted exactly the same but with a chocolate chip here and there and a small hint of pretzels every now and then. Dulce De Leche also tasted exactly the same except for the fact that it was covered in Carmel and cream, which the Carmel did not have much flavor as the cream over powdered it. But unlike everyone else I was in and out in about 10 minutes and didn't wait in line, it was also 8:30am. If I had waited in line like everyone else I would probably give 1 star. I probably will not be back. The picture shows how much is left after having them for 10 hours now with 4 people in the house. Apparently I'm not the only one that's not a big fan of them.
