I like to praise good service wherever I can and do it often; however, so many things went wrong with this location today. I waited behind 4 cars just to get to the order sign…and when I did, the volume of the speaker was so low, it was difficult to understand the (native English) female speaker. I ordered a vanilla cold brew which they were out of. It sounded like she said it will take time to make more. I was ordering for a friend, so I left the drive thru to go inside. I had just watched an older man and 3 year old come out. I went to the doors after parking and the doors were bolted shut. I got back in my car and asked my friend what else she would like, a strawberry lemonade refresher. I went back through the drive thru and asked again if they had a vanilla cold brew and ordered a black coffee for another friend at the same time. The order taker said they won’t be available until tomorrow. So, I waited behind 5-6 cars as expected because they were busy at 5:30 pm. The female employee asked if I had ordered black coffee to which I answered yes. My friend who wanted the vanilla cold brew said she would drink a strawberry lemonade refresher instead. The female at the window told me that this location does not serve lemonade (meaning others do). I said ok with a frustrated look, I’m sure. So, she took my debit card and gave it back to me asking again if I had ordered black coffee. I said softly, yes. Then, NO JOKE, waited 2 maybe 3 minutes for her to pour and hand me the cup. I didn’t ask for sugar or cream, just BLACK COFFEE. There were 2 other faces working at this location that I could see. Read moreI came in today, after work, to get a coffee to-go and a few donut holes for my roommates kid. I wasn't greeted. I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes, without being acknowledged. Finally the person behind the counter asked what I wanted. I gave my order, and I was barely spoken to. After paying and receiving my order, I said 'thank you' and literally got no reply back. Might want to be a little more appreciative of customers who are willing to pay $12 for a coffee and a half dozen donut holes. Definitely should have went to Starbucks. For example: today I simply ordered a energy cold brew with mocha (no cream or sugar). I receive my drink and it looks how it should but after tasting it I realize it had no mocha in it. I was drinking very bitter iced coffee and espresso. At that point, since the lobby is closed, I would have to get back in line and wait just to get it corrected.
