Unfortunately, I have to say this was my worst experience in a jersey. Mike's in the 10 or so years I've been coming to the restaurant's. Including Florida Jersey, Georgia, and Indiana.. I use ur online portal. And as I work regular hours, I ordered my food a half hour before I expected it. That way, I knew it would be done when I arrived. It wasn't. I sat in the store for an additional 40 minutes. I watched as folks who did not pre-order came in and ordered. Stood in line and had their subs made and checked out.. I watched this for 6 customers before I asked what had happened to my order. To be clear, I started this by trying to pick up at the drive-thru. After the ringing bell 3 times, no one ever came to the window. That was when I went inside and saw what was going on. The woman behind the counter at the cash register told me I'd have to wait my turn like everybody else and that I should get in the line. I explained and showed her the pickup time, which was 20 .invites past ur scheduled pickup. She said there's nothing she can do that were short staffed. I then said well I have to get to work." Please give me a refund. She said I don't know how.....her words, not mine." So I call worknsay ill be late bringing lunch back..I then sat down in restaurant for 34 more minutes. She finally called my name. I had ordered a ham salami and cheese and an Italian. I got a tuna and a turkey!!!!. Which I didn't find out till I got back to work. By the way. My pickup time was 10:57. I got there at 11:15.. I left at 11:49. That is more than an hour past original order time. And 52 minutes past ur scheduled pickup time. You may want to look into this..im a pretty regular customer. Read moreWe ordered delivery tp our hotel through the mobile app while traveling for lunch. When it arrived and we opened the sandwiches two of them were made entirely wrong. The one that was supose to be a giant on rosemary bread was a regular on white and the one that was supose to be regular on white was a giant on rosemary. We had customized those sandwiches also and nothing wasfollowed as requested We had asked for all sandwiches to be cut and that was not done. I called the restaurant only to be hung up on after explaining i was from out of town and did not want or need a store credit for their mistake. I called back and asked for manager and advised her what happened and not once did she apologize for the rudeness if her employee. Tried to explain to her what was wrong gave her receipt information and her attitude changed also when I expressed how unhappy I was with the treatment if the first phone call to which she said she would have GM contact me after telling her I would prefer a refund. But she never asked for or took my phone number. Problem still...

Went to pay for 2 giant subs and wasn’t able to hear the young girl well, but it was ok since I could see on the register the total amount. After I paid, she stood there picking at her finger nails while the subs were next to her on the counter. I picked up a bag and said “I’ll go ahead and bag the sandwiches”. She didn’t move a muscle: I then said, “Since when are the customers supposed to bag their own food?”. She replied, “ You didn’t ask for a bag.”
Since this was the second time I received poor service, I decided to call the manager on duty. He sounded like a kid and defended the cashier. She didn’t smile, say have a good day or anything. The manager said she was new and also said they usually don’t bag the food unless There are 4 or more items. I did ask for the owners name and was given his first name.
