Starbucks — Restaurant in Evansville

I have been to every Starbucks in town and this location is hands down my go to!!! Everyone is always so sweet and fun!! Drinks are always on point and always taste amazing. Everyone works together here to make sure you have the best experience!! Keep going guys!! Y'all are amazing!!! I always have the best time coming to get my coffee. Thank you to everyone at this location for being apart of my daily routine and apart of my life. I’ve been using this Starbucks location for about year, and unfortunately the staff does not have the same enthusiasm and politeness has one might expect from the Starbucks experience. The ice cubes are also much larger, so when asking for light ice in a venti, you’ll receive a serving size closer to a grande, because they don’t top off the cup like at other locations. I get the impression I’m inconveniencing the staff when I try to explain the situation with the ice and ask them double cook my breakfast sandwiches, and ask other questions about additional products. All the times I’ve been at this location, it has never appeared to be overly busy, so it’s disappointing to see it often lacks cleanliness and has empty napkin dispensers. A little TLC at this location could help it...

I came in Wednesday (4/6) and all was doing well except the fact Cole, I'm pretty sure that was his name, just gave me a unsettling feeling. He was rude when speaking with him, like I was bothering him and keeping him from something important. And asking if I was in a relationship, if I was happy in my relationship. He wasn't friendly with his co workers either and just all around made the whole place uncomfortable. I enjoy going in on most occasions, but this visit just made me super uncomfortable.
