Bargreen's Espresso — Restaurant in Everett

The baristas have always been very friendly and helpful any time I have been. I like that they have a list of Lotus drink suggestions on the window, it's helpful if you are feeling indecisive. However, I can only give three stars because the first few times I stopped here, I ordered sugar free Lotus drinks. I was given a stamp card and used it a few times for Lotus drinks. Then, I ordered a SF Redbull the next time I stopped by. I was informed, very politely, that they do not offer stamps for Redbulls only, any other drink was fine. I noticed then on the stamp card that the 12th drink is free (up to $4) and that it excludes Redbull. I didn't get this information until after I had received and paid for my drink. Honestly, the price is very expensive too compared to other stands that I have been to. If they don't want to serve Redbull (which seems to be the case), maybe just don't...

Edit: I really don't like how they don't have prices listed for anything. It seems like you're charged differently each time and don't know until you get the receipt. The lack of transparency in pricing is going to cost business. I was also charged $0.50 for "milk substitute" when asked "is 2% okay?" and requesting whole milk instead. This seems excessive and I wasn't notified that this was extra until my card was already charged. I don't know if I will be back. It's too expensive for regular drinks.

Kasey was not friendly. I waited forever..... No hi, sorry, good morning.....just what do u want and wait. They need two people running this stand so the employees can be friendly, common Courtesy would be nice! Maybe a class on it. Coffee is ok. Got 3 food items , two lattes.....waited ten minutes to get window..then asked to pull over and wait in parking lot....she Helped at least 10 different cars.....or more. Not kidding? Before she even started my order. 20 min and still waiting.....its online order so it's not like I can just...
