Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Everett

I can't even count how many times this store has either messed up an order or not had my online order ready after waiting 25 minutes to even go to the store. I've reverted to UberEats so that I can actually get my food within an hour. They regularly forget to add items to orders like chips or cut a sandwich, etc. Today I specified in my order that I DID NOT want onions, olive oil, vinegar, salt or oregano and wanted mayo and mustard ADDED. They completely disregarded my notes and added all the stuff I didn't want and did not add mayo and mustard. So this defeats my entire purpose of ordering on UberEats because I had to go to the store and return the sandwich I did not want/wouldn't eat and wait for a new one to be made. Every single time there's been an issue whether it be that I have to wait an additional 25 minutes for my online order because they don't even start until I arrive to pick it up (at the specified time) or forgotten items or flat out making the completely wrong sandwich, there has never been an offer to make it right. Never a refund or coupon - NOTHING. EVER. Maybe an insincere apology, but that's it. It's really too bad because I refuse to eat Jimmy John's and don't like Subway so this is really my only option for a good sub sandwich, but I'm pretty much ready to give up. I keep going back thinking it's going to get better - it doesn't so I'm not sure...

The sandwiches are very good but the service is awful. I ordered thru the app and showed up at the store 15 minutes later (a few minutes after the app said the order would be ready). They had not started my order yet. I stood in the store for more than 10 minutes waiting as they served the line before starting my order. It was very obvious that if I had gotten in line instead of ordering in advance, my order would have been completed sooner.

I waited patiently, and about 30 minutes after placing my order it was finally ready. I went to the counter to get it and mentioned that I'd been waiting a very long time. The employee started to YELL AT ME in front of all of the customers. "Have some respect! Don't you see the line?!" She wouldn't hear me at all as I tried to speak, she just yelled over me. I tried to take my order and leave but she grabbed it back behind the counter in a rage. I backed off and saw the entire store staring at me like I'm a Karen. I was stunned and embarrassed at this point. The employee loosened her grip on my sandwiches and I finally took possession of my order. The manager came out and gave me a free sub card, and I left with my tail between my legs. I'll NEVER go back, which sucks because the...
