This is not your normal Diner. My lunch crew and I re-discovered this little gem in downtown Everett and Wow! have my culinary tastebuds come alive with joy in the Cultural Mecca called Everett.

Lets just say the chef (yes chef) loves her food and her customers and elevates everything to a perfection rarely seen in Diner (and I love the greasy spoon).

While waiting for my order (a generally short wait) I watch all the marvelous looking dishes served and all I can do is plan my next lunch.

So, about the food: high quality, great flavors, well imagined, well executed, beautiful dishes. My burger was a work of art and simply delicious. It is excellent food that doesn't skimp on the quality ingredients, flavor, or the execution.

If you love breakfasts and diners then this is your dream diner. If Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives do not find their way here it is their miss.

I am not gonna suggest a dish other than you can't miss. Every recipe you can name is a mostly traditionally perfect rendition. Nothing is crazy, weird, or different (maybe except the staff) and everything is good. Ok, the one weird thing is they serve SPAM as a breakfast side option, but if you get them at the right time you just may be able to order it deep-fried and added to a Totrito. Ok there are two wired things.

I am about a quarter way through their breakfast and lunch menus and I want to come back just to try the next thing.

Oh, if you are a vegetarian the chef and menu understand that there exist people the prefer the veg and not the meat. They won't look at you like you have a second head coming out of your neck and the Totrito is for you. Do yourself a favor and add Avocado - you'll thank me later.

If you are a carnivore and don't understand those wierdo people who do not eat they are here for you too.

There are too many good things to review. All I can say in closing: If in Everett and looking for a breakfast go Here!
