To say I'm disappointed with this establishment would be a understatement. My daughter wanted donuts for her birthday, I think cool we got this popular donut spot right behind us, this will be great. Support a local business and do something different.

I figure a day notice for some not too complex donuts would be sufficient. We just wanted a dozen chocolate donuts with green icing. I swing by, and let the lady know. There seemed' to be some language problems so she had me write my order down. I write "12 chocolate donuts with green icing" on the paper, she takes my number and payment. We agree I'll be by tomorrow at 10 to pick them up.

I come by today, day of the party. To pick up my donuts. and apparently the young lady heard and read "Green" and saw "Cream"?? And they don't do "green icing" at all.

I have to say, intrepid reader, that I saw red. I just told them to refund the card or ill reverse the charge on my end, they insisted on cash (ok, sure, whatever) and I left. This was going to be a simple 5 minute ordeal that turned into 2 hours of me scrambling. I bought a dozen glazed donuts from the Despi bakery (no communication errors and the same price) and got the green icing myself.

I just cant comprehend the level of...incompetence displayed across the board here. The donuts might be fine if you don't actually have to communicate with anything beyond pointing? I'll never know because I really can't and won't trust the staff here.

PS to the bakery there's no reason not to have literally every color icing in the world. Food...

The amount of times I’m charged more then the advertised price is laughable. Went this morning and was charged a random amount extra for no reason. I hadn’t been there for a few months but same advertised prices as the last ton of times I’ve been there. The people working will keep saying what else and get more in a ton of different ways if you only buy half a dozen or less. I got a small cup of black coffee that was only 3/4 full at most and 3 standard donuts for a bit under $11.50. I had left from a small family emergency at providence up the street so I Didn’t even think about it till an hour later. Fantastic donuts there for sure but they have always had a carny type attitude where they don’t care if you are an every day customer or a first timer, they try to get every dime out of you they can and no worries about seeing you in the future. Really sucks because they make really good stuff. I will be back and deal with it again. Should be 1 star but I gave 2 because the donuts...

These are my favorite donuts in the area. The butter creams are cracktastic. The Crullers are so light, they actually taste creamy. The maple bars.... wait, does anyone really like maple bars? You can get maple glaze on one of the crullers if you like the flavor. They have great Apple fritters, PB&J, cream filled, fruit filled and classic. I like these better than Frost by a mile. Frosts are too sugary and overpriced. These are classic donuts. Top Pot is very good but these are on par for about 50% less. We've been eating these for years and I have a very difficult time driving past without stopping in...

Best donut shop in Everett, bar none. Their crullers are TO DIE FOR. Seriously, no exaggeration. They also make a fantastic bacon maple bar. And since Frost shut down this is the only place I know of in town where you can get those. Another one to try would be their PB&J sandwich donut. It's right on the money. And I also like their glazed, custard filled ones. The lady who owns the place (or just works the counter - idk) in any case, she isn't very friendly. She doesn't go out of her way to greet or make small talk with customers. That said, I'm a regular donut buyer despite her bc they're just so damn good!

Henry’s Donuts is one of the the best! I prefer going around 5 a.m. to have my pick of everything fresh, when the cases are filled end to end & the aroma of the shop is abundant at the entrance. The blueberry fritters & French crullers are my absolute favorite—especially the vanilla and chocolate ones. The shop is usually open until they sell out, but even during busy times, there’s plenty of parking and no hassle. Service is quick and efficient; I’m usually in and out with no lines. The prices are fair, and we happily drive from Marysville, passing other donut shops, just to get Henry’s. Definitely worth it!
