Subway — Restaurant in Everett

I didnt even want to give these guys a star. After being at the DMV for a while my nephew and I were really hungry and I really had to use the bathroom so we went to subway across from the DMV. ME. Hi, when my nephew comes in we are going to get a sanwhich but I really need to use the bathroom. LADY. The womens is closed you can use the mens(snotty). ME. Okay thank you. Going into the mens I seen that someone had put lots of toilet paper and paper towels in the toilet. I tried to flush it but was nervous to try again. ME. someone put so much paper in toilet it wont flush. LADY. Walks in and points to paper towels saying THEY ARE RIGHT THERE!!! ME. I'm saying that the toilet wont flush because someone put so much paper in it. MAN. Here's the key for the womans. SNOTTY attitude. ME. Thank you. LADY. as I was walking by her. A little went back and forth me getting louder because they missed the whole point of me coming to eat then trying to tell them they are going to have a mess if someone doesnt fix the problem in bathroom. I told my nephew to get in truck then tried to call and talk to manager but the lady lied said she was owner and how rude I was. WHAT??? Found out who real owner is because I called other store and waiting to see if he calls me back like manager says he will. Told her what happened and she said it shouldn't matter if I was going to buy something or not. I use to be a manager of a store and treating customers like that would not be tolerated. The afternoon shift were wonderful, my sandwich was made exactly how I like it and they demonstrated great social skills while keeping work in mind. The same cannot be said about the morning shift, the woman with the red dyed hair and piercings was not very attentive and seemed to be making assumptions rather then listening. At one point she put unwanted items on my sandwich, had I not been paying attention I would have been surprised. While I sat eating my sandwich, I heard her take a tone with another customer that I would have construed as being rude, One Bad Apple can ruin a whole bunch and sadly has the potential to negatively impact the caring employees. Don't remember that Gals name She has really long dark hair she works Night haha she is a complete sweetheart she goes out of her way and just makes me feel very welcome And other customers have said the same thing and that they will only go to her and I said yeah I won't any longer go to any of the other one because of her she is amazing I forgot my coupons yet she still gave me a huge discount I will continue to go back to that one as long as she's working There .
