Five Guys — Restaurant in Evesham Township

I don’t usually write reviews but I have to share the horrible experience I had here today! I haven’t had five guys in years and today I was craving a burger and decided to come here. I placed an order for a cheeseburger and Cajun fries through DoorDash for pickup. I don’t live near here so I drove 20 minutes out the way just to get my order anticipating that it would be worth it. I arrived at the store hoping my order would be ready when I got there and the employee tells me my order was already picked up! Hmmm how can my order have been already picked up when I just got here??? I’m trying to explain to the lady and show her my order details on my phone and she seems so confused and just keeps saying the order was already picked up. No you mean you GAVE my order away to the wrong person! How does this store just give away orders without verifying they’re giving it to the correct person? You should be holding orders that are through a third party behind the counter and waiting for that person to come pick it up! So I basically had to contact DoorDash so they can refund me or resend the order for the store to remake. They ended up just canceling my order and because I didn’t want a trip to be wasted I reorder the food. The store remade my order the second time so fast I should have known the food was going to taste like garbage. Let’s start with the fact that the buns they’re using for the burgers aren’t good quality and are too small for the patties. My bun was so soggy I wasn’t even able to finish it. I also asked for lettuce on my burger and they gave me the sorriest piece of lettuce I ever seen. The Cajun fries I order were overly salty and overall just not good. I ended up throwing away the fries and could only eat half the burger. Smh what a wasted trip. I was so disappointed and unsatisfied with the customer service and the quality of food. And after the store messed up and gave my order away the first time, don’t you know they didn’t even bother to apologize for the inconvenience!!!! For the prices they charge for their food here, they definitely need to do better with the customer service and the quality of food they serve. I’ve literally had better burgers at Applebees and it doesn’t even cost what this place charges. I will never come back to this location or probably visit another five...

27 years old and today (5/20/24) marks the day I tried Five guys for the FIRST time! 😭😆 I ordered online! The process for that was super easy and quick!

The food: food was amazing! I ordered a cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles! The cheese was PERFECTLY melted! The burger was fresh and hot the patty was nice and juicy! The bun was soft and chewable melted right in my mouth! I did get a large fry and OMG I did NOT know they go all out like that on the fries?! There was a large cup full of fries in the bag and fries all inside the bag! Let’s just say next time I’ll just go with a small or medium! 😆

The seasoning on the fries was great wasn’t overwhelming and was freshly made upon arrival!

I appreciate the customer service they were so kind and informative. I’ll definitely be back! I think I found my new favorite burger place?! You get a five star from me!

I normally love five guys... this experience was not a favorable one. First I'd like to start by saying there were five employees so although the shift may be tight they had enough staff. The tables were dirty, atleast leave wipes out and I'll do it myself. The ketchup/vinegar stand had plastic containers all over the place, vinegar poured on the counter and ketchup stuck all over. The floor was covered in crumbs and other peoples food... the worst part was the inconsistency of the size of the Patty's. I got a JBC and it was the smallest piece of meat I have ever gotten at five my boyfriend got a regular Bacon Cheese burger and, he got jipped on one of his Patty's. The fries were not warm (mind you I'm dinning in, so from counter to table they should not be cold)... the peanuts... there were no containers to get any. Overall just disatisfying. They could clean a little more......
