Sebastiano's Italian Restaurant And Pizzeria — Restaurant in Exeter Township

Was extremely disappointed in my experience at this restaurant! My family gets a takeout order once a week for the past few months from this restaurant when we are in the area. We have had multiple problems with the customer service which is ashamed since the food is good. After my experience with an employee recently we will NEVER return. The employee (which I have had a bad experience with before) confirmed my order when picking up and then I paid. I ordered over $50 worth the food for my entire family. When I got home and distributed to my family we did not receive any of the salads with the dinners. Upset, I called the restaurant and was told “yes they are here we forgot to give them to you, you can drive back and get them” unfortunately I live Over 30 mins. Away from them restaurant and told them it wasn’t possible. I was then told oh well they are complimentary anyway. I’m sorry but you don’t charge the price that you do without including the bread and salad. They were unwilling to say they were sorry and correct their mistake! They could have just taken my name and rectified the problem the next time we placed an order for pickup. Now they lost a...

Well, folks, gather 'round for the legend of the pizza place that can't get a single order right. I've had the distinct pleasure of trying almost everything on their menu, not by choice but by their uncanny ability to deliver the exact opposite of what I asked for.

You know that saying 'close, but no cigar'? Well, they've taken it to a whole new level. I ordered a plain cheese pizza, and what did I get? A vegetable medley with enough toppings to start a garden. Seriously, it's like they're running a culinary experiment to see just how many ways they can disappoint their customers.

Took our Aunt to lunch today, and she chose Sabastiano's, it's her favorite in the Reading area. Fantastic food and amazing service.

Our Aunt ordered the Baked Rigatoni and loved it. She orders the Baked Rigatoni all the time, it is her favorite dish.

I ordered the Baked Ziti and have to admit, it was very good. The pasta was cooked just right, the sauce with ricotta was amazing and the portion size was just right.

My partner ordered the Manicotti and was impressed with how good the dish was.

We ordered a few Cannoli for dessert and they were also extremely fresh.

Overall great pasta and the service is extremely friendly. Fantastic small town Italian restaurant with quality...
