Too long didn't read Great price for the food and customer service you get, atmosphere is typical for a cafe if you are looking to hunker down with a laptop or in non covid times talk with friends.
Note : this review is being written during covid times if you are seeing this in the future, so I will be mentioning this, and hopefully when this is all fixed this information won't be as applicable.
Food I'll be honest once I find something I like I just order it again and again. So I haven't had that much variety. But what I've had is amazing, they've always been accurate with substitutions/subtractions whether I've made them over the site, phone, or in person.
Drinks I'm not really a coffee person but I've had a latte, some chais, and a smoothie, all of them were delicious and whenever I wanted an extra pump of something or a pump of a certain syrup they have always come through and been accurate and delicious. The employees also very speedy.
Employees Amazing, Riley in particular is absolutely spectacular and I love whenever I see them in. But all of them are vibrant, fun, and fast. Can ask for anything...
Read moreI've given this place multiple chances, but they've continued to let me down. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and on BOTH of my recent visits, they forgot the bacon, which I paid an extra $2 for. They also charge $1.50 for "avocado", but what they give you is not real avocado—just a tiny smear of guacamole (which seems like the cheap store-bought kind). I have had similar experience with their "avocado toast" (don't be fooled).
I paid $10 for a breakfast sandwich that was missing half the ingredients. Overall my husband and I paid $25 for a sub-par breakfast today (2 sandwiches and 1 drink). At least the bagel itself was good since they are homemade, and as I understand use organic flours/clean ingredients.
If you're looking for a good breakfast sandwich, go down the street to Ani's Bagels at Churchill's. For Avocado toast, go next door to Laney & Lu. You...
Read moreIn the past, Me and Ollie’s has been a five star experience for me, a warm atmosphere with healthy sandwich options when a trip took me through Exeter. Today’s experience was very disappointing, so 4 stars reflects my hope that this was just an off day. My Veritable Veggie sandwich was literally slapped together. It lacked several ingredients, the very thin layer of hummus was actually presented on the wrong side of the bread (yes, on the outside of the bread!), the lettuce was of poor quality, and the remaining ingredients were spilling out onto the tray…leaving me to reassemble my sandwich before eating it. Yes, I should have walked it up to the counter and requested a redo, but I doubted that anyone who’d made such a “sandwich” would be open to feedback. Hoping this team can recommit to quality. I’ll give them one more chance when I’m back in the...
