I LOVE NICHOLAS CREAMERY! They make the most delicious homemade premium ice cream! It’s worth the drive! My favorite flavor is peanut butter palooza! They mastered their peanut butter flavor! My other favorites are pumpkin cheesecake, peanut butter brownie, chocolate brownie bake! You have to try them! The brownie pieces they put in their ice cream are so fresh, moist, and chocolaty! I never tasted better brownie pieces in ice cream before! Today, I had the apple crumb, and it was very good! It actually had real apple crumb pieces in it! The chocolate bourbon pecan pie was good, but no where near as good as their other flavors so I wouldn’t get that flavor again. The only flavor I didn’t care for was the brown sugar cookie dough. Their brownie sundae is so good too! They make it with a valrhona chocolate brownie! Make sure you get the large or the pint! It’s worth the calories! I highly recommend Nicholas Creamery in Fair Haven!

This place is 🔥. The brown sugar cookie dough would have been enough for an EASY 5 stars, but I also tried peanut butter palooza and coffee crunch, both of which were super flavorful and delicious. This ice cream is RICH - although surprisingly the prices were not. 3 scoops in a large cup for $5.95 is a win all around. The spoons were sturdy, I didn't try a cone because I only saw homemade waffle which looked awesome but unfortunately the one downfall of this place is that they're cash only and I was already scrounging to afford my much needed ice cream. Pst - A lot of only cash places have started taking Venmo. Although they do have an ATM inside at least.

This review is mainly for costumer service: I came here with my family tonight to get some ice-cream. Unfortunately, I have a dairy intolerance. The sweet girl with the braid at the front said they had more of the dairy free ice-cream in the back being the one she suggested was running low.. Another girl behind the counter walked over (without checking) and in a stern voice told us they were completely out of it. We believe she was lying or simply just didn’t care because they were close to closing. 😂 Fair enough. I wouldn’t want to fetch it “from the back” either at 9:30PM. My family enjoyed their icecreams though! Good spot for a late night treat.
