Panera Bread — Restaurant in Fair Lawn

I have been coming here for years and last week I had the worst experience. After suffering food poisoning from a different location of Panera I decided to go there bc it was always a much cleaner place. To my surprise there was a hair in my soup which was not mine n my hair was completely up. When I went to the back counter where they cook n I told one of the employees Maria she was rude n did not say anything n proceeded to speak in Spanish about me. I told her I am Hispanic n understood what she was saying n there is no reason for her to get upset at me for complaining about a hair in my food. I asked for a Manager and after ten minutes one came out and didn't apologize and said nothing. I told her I wanted a soup n honestly I should get some credit as a courtesy n she finally gave me both. Also the women working there especially in the kitchen had no hair net n only had a ponytail n long hair so hair was flying everywhere which is why there was a hair in my soup. Manager needs to train her employees n Health Department should be going often to inspect this location. Stay away from this location. I ordered in store from this location yesterday. The restaurant was not busy yet I waited a good 20-30 min for my order to be ready. I've been to other locations that were packed with lines out the door and didn't have to wait that long. While waiting the manager was rude to multiple customers and yelled at a group of teenagers for "being too loud in her restaurant. This isn't a zoo, it's a restaurant." I honestly didn't even notice the boys until she yelled from behind the counter. They weren't being unruly AT ALL. Then a couple minutes later she came into the dining area asking who was the one being loud in her restaurant... and continued to yell at them saying not to let it happen again. She should have been focusing on getting orders ready and out in a timely manner rather than yelling at teenagers who were having lunch and talking amongst themselves. Once I finally received my order, there were things wrong but I decided to leave because I didn't want to waste anymore time in there with my restless toddler waiting in the car with my husband. Service is terrible. I I ordered the Baja grain bowl each to add cheddar broccoli soup but the young lady rang me up for one. I had to . rejoin the line after looking at my ticket. So the prices went up significantly so even though the total was a bit lower than usual I assume she had used my points which I had queried. .i bought 2 Baja grain bowls with 2 small soups one frontage chicken sandwich That was a little less than 40.00 When I collected my order the bag felt light so I looked at the bowls. Was hardly anything in them so I asked the server what's this I ordered a full not a half. (Was so disappointed I forgot the grain bowls come in one size).
