Read moreIf I could give it a zero star I would. This is the worst mc donalds ive ever been to. Im just glad its not my regular mc donalds because i would definitely never go back. Extremely slow service even when you go back to get something corrected. Backstory: i ordered a quarter pounder deluxe through the drive-thru, in the late evening hours (9:40pm). My order was correct but when i got to my hotel the first thing I noticed was that my lettuce was brown. For some reason, who ever made my burger decided it was still good enough to eat, even though it had gone bad (see pic). Regardless, i was super hungry so i decided to take the lettuce off and eat my burger anyways. My burger and bun were very hard and dry as if the burger had been previously made and had been sitting there for a while. I couldnt stomach it so I decided to go back to the store to get a fresh burger with good lettuce this time. It is a deluxe after all. Once i got there, i decided it would be faster to walk into the store than go through the drive-thru again. Big mistake!!! From the time i walked in to the time i walked out it took 15mins. Btw, there was only 1 customer in front of me and once his order was taken (not delivered), the employee helped me. The kitchen was extremely slow to give me my burger but i waited patiently for it. Once i received it, it only occurred to me to check that the lettuce was good. I did notice something was missing from my burger but i wasnt sure what it was. Then i remembered the deluxe comes with pickles and mine didnt have pickles. I asked for pickles and went on my way back to my hotel. Btw, no apology from the employee what-so-ever. Once i got to my hotel, I opened the burger once more and it still looked like it was missing something. I soon realized my burger had no cheese. So now my family is done eating their meals and my fries have become cold and i still dont have the burger i ordered. I decided it was not worth going back a third time so i called to ask for a refund. They win, though, because they said i have to go back to give them my card for a refund to be issued....
Read moreMy 2 years old son love to play at Mcdonalds playhouse. This McDonald’s is closer to our home so we’re always at this McDonald’s. A large group of people seem to be there when we got there. Which is fine! So we didn’t had much seating options. I personally like the soft circle stoles. We (My son and I) stayed there for half an hour playing & eating. As the people who were there before us was leaving. I cleaned my table and moved to an comfortable chair that was now available. The employee by the name of Jim was cleaning serval tables in my area. I kindly ask him “Can you please wipe down this table for me”. He looks at me and slide me the rag as if I was suppose to do his job myself. Everything got very awkward from there. I explained to him that I just came to this table. It was dirty when I got there I just would like the little crumbs off the table “Can you do it”. After that he started to clean my table very slow. When all the crumbs was gone I told him he can stop now (because the crumbs were going on me) I also thanked him. He then just walked away. I spoken to the manager who was there at the time and he explained to me that he’s off in the head. Which isn’t still okay!. They should get treated equal. And being that I was the only African American in the playhouse area at the time. He brought a lot of attention on me as if I asked the wrong question.
