I've been to this Arby's in the drive-through twice in the last month, and the service the worker gave was ridiculous. Both times, I got there 20 minutes before close. I get off work late, and I don't want to cook when I get home, so I stop by to get something small. The first time I pulled up, nobody greeted me. I said hello two or three times and still no answer. So I drove away, and as soon as I was leaving, I saw the worker leaving and getting in a vehicle, and the store was not even closed yet. The second time, which was on 6/2/25 I pull up in the Drive-Thru and the guy said, just so you know we are taking credit cards only. I was wanting to use cash I did not have enough money to use my card. I said never mind this is ridiculous I drove away and went to Wendy's next door. This store needs better customer service!
7/13/25 My husband and I went in at 9pm and ordered fries & sandwiches for dine-in. We ate all of our fries, and my husband ate a roast beef sandwich, and we took the rest of the sandwiches home. At 10:50pm I started to eat my chicken cordon bleu sandwich. As I was eating it, I noticed the chicken was so dry, the cheese was like rubber and had paper stuck to it. Really off putting with attitude. Drinks were not available because the carbonation was broke. The bathroom was distrusting with brown water on the floor and the sink with something nasty in it. With my brisquet sandwich, I asked for my fried onions on the side and was absolutely floored by the tablespoon of these onion flakes. I can’t imagine that is the amount that corporate Arbys prescribes for this ‘was-great-sandwich’. You would think with the carbonation out and the silly drink situation there would be management that could think on their feet, make deductions to assist in the dilemmas, not compound them. Read moreI didn't really experience the atmosphere of the restaurant I did online order went in and picked it up everything I asked for was in the bag why I gave service a 4 star. I gave the food 2 stars because the hottest food item in my bag were the cookies I ordered the roast beef sliders were not only cold but the meat was barely on the bun. The curly fries were cold and hard and tasted like either they were old or cooked in old cooking oil, the mozzarella sticks were better than anything else except for the cookies which like I said were the warmest items in my bag.
