Horrible customer service! I would give zero stars but it requires you give at least one. The manager Shelly, to the no name Blonde white girl, to Brandon or John whomever all have horrible service. I ordered two pizzas for delivery and not only did they not get them right but after 2 and a half hours of me waiting for my food to be redelivered, they still refused to send my correct pizza, lied on their names when I was told I was speaking to a manager. One main thing tho, you can not try to state what your policy is to a customer who already paid and has been waiting on their food for hours. The third time I called I. The blonde white girl (who still is nameless), claimed to be a manager and informed me only a manager could make the decision to make another pizza and send it out. But this was my third call and I was told by my delivery driver and the guy Brandon that my pizza was on the way the second go round. Ultimately, your policies mean nothing to a customer who has already paid for something they did not get. So my argument is don’t state your policies to me, properly train those policies to your employees. I had to call the police just to be refunded because the manager Shelly, took my pizza and threw it in the trash can right in my face. So in the end not only did they themselves escalate a situation over two petty pizzas, but they made three pizzas, one of which I didn’t get and still gave me a full refund. Outside of them give false names when you call in the blonde white girl literally lied to the police that she tried to give me my pizza and refused to pull the phone calls from the several times I called. I was told I could not return to their store for one year. I guarantee you, I will never step foot in that store again! Read moreOn December 18, 2024 I placed an online order at the Domino's pizza store number #4144 located in Fairburn Ga on Smith street. My online order number is 2168. The order was placed at 6:25pm. I arrived at the store location to get my order at 7:02pm. Upon arriving the clerk couldn't locate my order? After checking she stated that my order had been picked up? She also commuicated that my pizza was given to another customer. The clerk did offer an apology and began to have my pizza's remade. I did ask to speak with the manager on duty for a discount for the inconvenience and for my time delay. The manager name was illyaa. She wasnt very friendly and didnt make eye contact with me. She only stated that no discount could be offered because the pizza was purchased on a promotion. I stated that the store gave my order to another customer, which created a delay with getting my order and also having to wait longer for the new order to be ready. She still insisted that no discount could be done. She then want back to making orders. I would suggest that she be trained on how to make eye contact with customers and display some empathy for when things do wrong that's not the customer fault. A simple discount would have satified me for the inconvenience. I suppose my time spent ordering online, driving to the store to pick up the order only to be told that the order was given to another customer and now I will need to wait for a new order. My time was not valued by that manager illyaa. I intend to never use this store location again. I surely will share my poor experience with my circle of family and friends. Read moreUnfortunately, all of the negative reviews about this location are right. I just moved to Fairburn a few months ago and decided to try delivery from this Domino's. I placed my order online and immediately after remembered that since I live in a new development, they may have issues finding the address. So, I called the store, with the intention of confirming that they would be able to find the address and providing any additional specific instructions they may need.
I was left on hold for 4 minutes until a woman came on and said, "Domino's, please hold." She then proceeded to leave me on hold for another 4-5 minutes. I hung up. Since I'd already placed the order online, I figured if they had trouble finding my address, they would just call me. After about 45 minutes, the dominos tracker showed that my order had been CANCELLED and that I should call the store for more information.
WHO cancels a customer's order without first calling them to explain why? This is unprofessionalism at its best. There is no doubt in my mind that this location will not stay in business for very much longer. Though I'm upset, I'm glad I dodged the bullet of how bad the food would've probably tasted and how terribly sick it would have made me. Blessing in disguise!
