Dear McDonald's Corporation,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at one of your establishments, located at [ Location #31848], on February 28, 2023 9:24pm - 9:58 pm As a loyal customer of McDonald's for many years, the experience I encountered on that day was utterly disheartening and has left me feeling deeply disappointed.
I arrived at the restaurant with the intention of enjoying a meal that I had been looking forward to all dayâa 6-piece nugget and double cheeseburger meal deal. However, what I received was far from what I anticipated. Instead of the promised meal, I was handed a bag containing only three cold nuggets and a cold burger, which was not only inadequate but also completely unacceptable.
What exacerbated the situation was the poor management skills demonstrated by the staff on duty that day. Despite my attempts to communicate my issue with multiple employees, it seemed as though I was being purposefully overlooked and disregarded. Four different employees were made aware of my dissatisfaction, yet none of them took the initiative to address my concerns promptly or effectively.
After waiting for what felt like an eternity, one employee finally informed me that the matter had been brought to the attention of the manager. However, the response I received from the manager was nothing short of appalling. Instead of approaching me with professionalism and empathy, I was met with a rude and unfriendly tone, as if I was inconveniencing her by bringing forth my concerns.
Her initial greeting of "what you had?" was not only unprofessional but also incredibly unwelcoming. As I attempted to explain the situation and the length of time I had been waiting for assistance, I was rudely interrupted and told that I should have simply asked for a refund. Furthermore, I was dismissively informed that I "can't see what's going on" and that the manager was too busy to address my concerns properly.
The lack of empathy and disregard for customer satisfaction left me feeling marginalized and discriminated against. As a loyal paying customer, I should not have to endure such treatment or be made to feel as though my concerns are insignificant. The emotional toll of being ignored and brushed aside by those in positions of authority is something that I cannot easily overlook or forget.
It is disheartening to see the decline in customer service standards at McDonald's, a company that I have supported and patronized for so many years. As such, I believe that it is only fair for McDonald's to compensate me for the inconvenience and difficulty I experienced while attempting to enjoy a simple meal at one of your establishments.
In conclusion, I urge McDonald's Corporation to take this matter seriously and to address the issues of poor management and customer service at the (Location #31848 )restaurant. As a loyal customer, I hope that my concerns will be acknowledged and that appropriate measures will be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

She took the order,refused to give us the order total and still had it all wrong. Upon getting to the window she was sitting and taking others orders and had no regard for us being to the window. After she finally decided to speak to us she gave us an order of $42 dollars and we only had a Big Mac meal two kids meals and a drink. She then gets irritated that she has not resolve her issue with the order and then tells us a new total of $28. Then I told her I would like to Apple Pay⌠she barely sticks the kiosk out for us to tap the phone. When I went to tap my phone I had to scan my face first but she turned her back to the car and took other orders. I told her I was ready after having to say then YELL excuse me cause she went completely deaf to me and then she looks at me and tap her head piece and says âIâm taking other ordersâ i told her Iâm just trying to Apple Pay she then proceeds to turn her back entirely to me and acts as if we are not there. She knew every evil way she displayed and how what ever energy was over her used her to be disruptive,condescending and rude. Of all my years of being a customer I donât think Iâve met anyone as rude as her. She was also sitting down in the window with all of it. Regardless of what she is going through if its that bad⌠donât place all that over peoples food. After that interaction.. we left. We chose not to feed the kids anything her energy is around. I wanted to speak to the manager but with her being that way comfortably it truly concerned me and my goal wasnât to be irrational but communicate the issue.    Read moreI decided to stop by Mcdonald on my way home. I pulled up to drive thru around 6:50pm. Order no 1 no pickles LG sweet tea. I advised the drive thru attendant again to make sure it has no pickle Due to I'm Allergic to them she said $8.18 is your total. I didn't hear her yelled to Noone that was preparing my sandwich to hold the pickles. So I pulled up to the pickup window explained again no pickles she handed me my sweet tea as she was handing me by food I said to her no pickles. She said yes. So I pullover to check my sandwich Guest What it had pickles so then I get out my car headed in to speak with a manager I can't remember the person I spoke with due to pronunciation of her name. I explained to her what I had already encounter with the other twp ladies. Not one time she apologize she just said I'll give you the Gm number he would probably give you a free meal. I explained if they could just listen to what the Customer order get it right the first time you wouldn't have problems Then she said I will make you a fresh meal. I waited about a good 15 mins before I got my meal. So when I finally got it she gave me another LG fry. I guess to make it up. Sandwich wasn't hot Only the double order fries. I was afraid to eat it due to it took them so long to make it. I think they just took the pickles off the Sandwich and gave it back to me. I will not take that chance with my life.
