Only put five stars to get this seen. Been going to Fairfix for years, I have never had such a horrible experience at a cafe. Asked for a fruit salad and oatmeal but got a blow of fruit with milk. When I told them they didn’t get my order right they where rude but gave me oatmeal with defrosted blueberry. This place ain't the Lord or anything! $16 avocado toast should be delicious! Dry, white bread toast, enough avocado yeah, but shredded lettuce and pico? Really. Fairfix Cafe is very inconsistent with the food quality and preparation. Omelet was really underwhelming, butter for my English muffin tasted old, coffee one visit tastes good and next visit tastes weak with no real flavor. Noticed glasses, plates and silverware with little bits of food stuck on from not being cleaned well enough. Really overpriced for the very mediocre food and service.
