Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fairfield Township

If I could select negative I certainly would. My experience on my first order from this location: I ordered at 6:00PM for a future order to be delivered at 8:15PM same day. The order arrived at 8:52PM. I asked the driver to call his manager /supervisor, he did twice and of course no one answered. I informed the driver that there are dozens of pizza establishments that I can order from either directly or using DoorDash. He said he was sort that he can not control it he has a lot of deliveries. I paid the full amount unhappily, and asked him to inform his superior that they have lost a customer. Ok, so that was the delivery, now for the food. We ordered three thin crust medium pizzas and a pzone. If the next statement be not true, then God strike me with lightning. The thin crust on all three tastes like I was eating a cardboard box, hardly any sauce, nowhere near extra cheese, let alone just regular amount, and the pzone tasted like it had been frozen before hearing. I can’t describe fully how unhappy my family and I were. We will stick to our regular papa johns or Larissa’s. I have never been disappointed from those establishments. Please think carefully before you order from here and know going in that your experience will be less than average. When u r craving a good, quality pizza and not wanting to cook or go out, do ‘not’ order from here. ...

Wow, were is the negative stars button. How can someone mess up a pizza place so bad??? I order online, show up 10 minutes after when it should have been done. I walk into 3 unhappy customers and 1 at the window. Not 1 person that worked there seemed to know what was going on. About 20 minutes later I left with nothing. Not once did anyone say hi. not once did anyone say they would be with me soon. NOTHING! So I left. I saw two employees in the parking lot complaining about how busy it was in there, but not helping. 10 out of 10 chance I will not go back. I even expected the store to call me and tell me my order was ready, But nothing. What a complete waste of my time.

Edit 12-19-18 I tried again. This time I was greeted as I walked in the door. My order was ready on time. When I got home, the garlic knots were missing the garlic butter, so I had plain bread with cheese in the middle. The pizza looked like it had been sitting for a long time. It didn't remind me of a fresh pizza, but tasted ok. The best part of the meal was the little cinnamon rolls.

Better service, but food was not really exciting enough to make me want to go back...

Don’t mind the pizza…but we did delivery for the first time today. Found out via text 35 minutes after my food should’ve been ready that it’ll be delivered by DoorDash, who I hate. This should be communicated to customers prior to ordering or I would’ve made this pickup. DoorDash has never gotten an order right for us or delivered to us hot. My order according to the website should’ve been ready at 6:02. Now it won’t even be picked up until 6:18. And this doesn’t factor in other stops the driver makes before they get to me.
