I ordered from this location a couple of times. The first time, they took well over an hour to get us out food, when the tracker estimated 20-30 minutes. When the driver finally showed up, he said that his manager, Everette, made him leave as our order was being finished. Thus, the driver had to drop off a different order in our area only to drive back to the restaurant and pick up ours and bring it out. Our food was barely warm when we got it and we had to reheat. I know people can make mistakes, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. We recently ordered delivery from them again. The order was placed at 1240am. With the tracker saying we should receive it within 20-30 minutes, I did not think this would be a problem. About 35 minutes had gone by and I had a feeling to call and check on it. The store's phone said they were close but to press 0 to try to reach someone in the restaurant. I did, and Everette picked up the phone. I asked about my order, and he told me that they placed a security call (I have never received a call by anyone other than a driver when I've placed and order with any delivery place and that's only when they have trouble finding my place), to a phone number that he read to me and it was one digit off from my number. Everette said that when nobody called back, they cancelled my order. Not before they charged me, though. I thought that this may be my fault; maybe I entered the wrong number. Fortunately, I still had my confirmation email. It had the number that I entered and it was correct. So, Everett either lied to me because he didn't want to make my order, or he so incompetent that he can't dial the correct telephone number when he's looking right at it. In either case, this is behavior unbecoming of a GM and I can't believe he still works there after some of the complaints I've read. If you're the owner and you're reading the negative reviews about your restaurant, please know that through my experience with your establishment, it has been because of Everette. And if I were the owner, I would look at the potential loss of business from these reviews and people like me telling their friends about how much they would rather drive to a Pizza Hut than deal with Everette again, I would reevaluate his position as GM. I'm not saying fire him. I'm saying he does not need to be a manager. Find somebody with some degree of leadership and customer service skills that also knows how to...
Read moreI am disabled Mobility impaired I spent over $35 and I paid for carryout I get here to the Domino's Pizza on Travis in Fairfield CA and I check in and let them know I'm in my car do the app like I was asked to do. My pizza is inside getting cold and I'm having to wait over 10 minutes for my pizza and it still does not get brought out to me I am disabled I can't hardly walk and I am forced to go inside the store and pick up my own pizza after I had already paid for everything every single time I come to this particular Domino's Pizza I have nothing but issues and you know bad service and stuff of that sort I highly advise do not order anything from them between the hours of 4 and 6:30 because all that their excuse is we're busy so we couldn't bring it out well it doesn't matter if they're busy or not because I paid for the delivery to be brought out to me and it was not brought out to me with me being disabled I was forced to get out the car and have to walk in to get my pizza it was not brought out to me and then on the way back I almost fell twice because of me having to get out and go in and get my pizza.. I talked to the manager Aaron and Aaron said that he apologizesthat doesn't do nothing he saw that I was disabled he saw that I had a cane he even he even mentioned that he sees I have a cane but yet nobody could help me bring my stuff out to my car so I'm trying to bring a pizza 16 pieces of the garlic bread three of the lava pies in a 2 l of soda and some dipping sauces out to my car all on my own plus I'm trying to keep my balance and I'm having to use my cane while I'm walking I'm lucky I didn't drop anything horrible horrible experience every single time I come here when I tried to call I can never get ahold of anybody because what they do is they take their receivers off the hooks and they place them on top of the phone and nobody can call because the phones are off the hook.. you know they should seriously consider helping people who are disabled should follow through with what people order... I could not even get the corporate phone number to call and make a complaint.. I really wish an actual manager would give me a call and talk to me about the problems I have here at this place every single time I come but nobody ever calls I told somebody will but...
Read moreI ordered online as fast as I could, I even used the re-order option (favorite button). As im doing this I get a pop-up that tells me that as long as i place my order before 1AM my order will be made and delivered. Just as soon as it placed and im opting into text tracker, I recieved a call from domino's telling me that it 7 minutes till and that they shut down the ovens 15 minutes beforehand and start cleaning up so they are not going to be making my order. That's somewhat understandable. I questioned what the pop-up told me and received that Sry about your hunger and luck response. Because I am really hungry I asked if they had anything that hasn't been picked up not really caring what it is, just needing food, & she replied "no". I've been working and let time and food get away from me and Im at a non-residential & non-addressed location so that new Domino's deliver anywhere thing was perfect at this time..... right up until that phone call that told me that companies want your business and will say anything to get it but the very thing that attracted you to it most likely will be the very thing that fails you. I did my part ordering, just making it with according to her with 7 min to spare and to do that I had to use the fav button which is 2 pizzas, cinnamon bread, bread sticks & a 2L coke...... it's just me here but desperate and hungry I had to order way more than I needed. I've placed late orders like this before with only one minute to spare and received them. Domino's seemed to have a new marketing strategy that depends on it being carried out!! Up until recent, I've never ordered so many domino's pizzas within a year not even within five. I even bought a gift card for them from groupon! So the campaign was working at least for me up until now! Im outside, cold and hungry and don't want to and not going to work in my present condition. Domino's tell your employees that they are to do the job they are paid to do and that thinking and changing...
