I ordered a butter pecan iced coffee through the app with two Bavarian donuts. I go into the store with my daughter and pick up the order and decide to sit down and eat went to pull my donuts out of the bag and was like what is this..... Bavarian donuts are donuts filled with Bavarian cream and lots of powdered sugar on top...... What I was looking at looked like the hairless cats there was no powdered sugar anything on it it was just wrinkled dough it was kind of gross looking both of them look like that so I went to the counter after looking at a picture of what it should I mean I've eaten them on my whole life and I knew that's what makes it a Bavarian is the powdered sugar and I go up and I said I ordered to Bavarian and these do not look like Bavarian there's no powdered sugar on them The girl immediately got an attitude and looked over behind her and said all of them have are made like that and I said that is exactly what makes a Bavarian donut is the powdered sugar can I get a refund I don't want to eat a plain donut with just Bavarian inside it's not what I paid for. She immediately got even more pissed off had massive attitude was only giving me a refund for one at first and I said I paid $298 because there's two big huff and a big puff later she rings up the other one and gives me my $2.98 with massively more attitude No sorry about that no I apologize that they were made wrong No explanation for why they look like hairless cats I think they're called Sphinx, but she gives me my money back and as I was walking away I heard her slam her hand on the bag heavily wadded up and you could hear her slam it in the garbage can beside of her she was extremely infuriated to have to give me $2.98 back of a refund for product that was not made correctly there is no I'm sorry no nothing, just attitude. Unfortunately I guess she thought she was late better than me to have this attitude and thought she was intimidating me but to me it just made her look like an idiot and I don't know why anybody would employ this young lady because there was no need to get that upset I was very polite with her you know I just explain can I get a refund because this is not what I paid for I didn't want to pay for something I wasn't going to eat so I was nice about it but her attitude was just unbelievably more like a toddler temper tantrum. My iced coffee however was made very well I will say that that was made perfectly fine and had the donuts been made properly and not look like shriveled up hairless cats I would have eaten my donuts and been very satisfied but the service the attitude the look of the food I would not suggest going here if you're going to be treated like that from an employee I'm sure she didn't make the donuts but that doesn't give her the right to behave like a 2-year-old not having their way it's not her money that she's giving away. and hopefully management reads this and we'll have a conversation with her about having a better attitude with customers. I hope that if she was having a bad day that it gets better but still was not my fault and I should not have been treated like I was. On that note I will say the store was also to the most part clean and inviting it's just the attitude made everything else so much of a negative that I didn't see a plus of leaving even a two star review. Hopefully this can be fixed and nobody else has to experience this from the young lady who was upset about the $2.98 refund. I also wish that I had taken a picture before I took it up there I was just hoping to get the right item but I don't have a picture to show you what my Bavarian donut look like I just know it didn't look like it should have. Not only were we in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes, but the 3 employees that were working were absolutely horrendous. For your own sake, do not go to this location. These employees need to be fired. They were so rude and complained the entire time. They should be happily serving their customers;not acting like their customers are a burden. I could understand maybe one rude employee in hopes the other employees would make up for it. But no. All 3 had attitudes. To start out, they gave us our order of hash browns and there were only 2 pieces of hashbrowns in the bag and one that had been bitten in to. We asked her if we could have different ones. She snatched them up and walked away. Then, she tried to give us a drink that wasn't ours. So we said ours is the one with the whipped cream on top. She slams the other coffee on the counter and says "take it". The whipped cream on top was old and had what looked like an ash on it. After waiting another 5 mins. They say " why are you still in the drive thru?" We were waiting for our 2nd order. She said " you got it already" um no. You gave us our 1st order. I pointed to the bag by the window said "is that it right there" she looks in the bag and says "yeah" rolling her eyes at me then takes the bag and walks away. So I yell "ma'am why are you walking away?!" 2 mins later she comes back and basically throws the bag in my hands. No have a good day. No sorry for the wait. Nothing. Worst customer service ever and food was not cooked properly. I wasted my time and money since we had to throw away basically everything we ordered. Read moreI came in on a Monday May 9th to order my son's custom made cake for his Birthday! Welll I was told that the employee couldn't help me that her manager had to help. Well he wasn't in. She told me to come back Tuesday around 12p.m. So I did and the manager was there. He told me I couldn't order a custom made cake that takes Longer to make. No one told me it takes a week to make a custom made cake! So I said okay what do you have? He show me some cake and than show me a pizza pie cake with Oreos on it. Never did he say you can't change the color or anything. He never said thats how it comes. I asked if he could make the cover blue? And Write Happy 8th Birthday Charles! You see you can't even make out what it says. My husband picked it like this. If it was me I wouldn't take it. I paid for it 2 days before because they said wouldn't make it if I didn't. So I called to complain, no answer 😒! So I called corporate. Well they said that it's up to Manger how they handle it. Well the owner calls me today and doesn't handle to well.
