This is my favorite Dutch Bros location because they consistently deliver awesome customer service and quality drinks - the key word here is consistent! The staff is always super kind, helpful and upbeat. Additionally, I had a situation once where I had an issue with a drink, I explained it to Vona (I think this was her name), she explained what she thought the problem was, suggested a tweak and she was exactly right!! Right now, my favorite drink is the Strawberry Horchata with coconut milk--and yes, I still get the soft top because it just hits different! Before that, I was all about the milkshakes, and they never disappointed.

Marie is your friend and can brighten your day, and has genuine concern if there is a problem with your purchase and she will correct any issues to make your day positive.
