Etan has the only place in the county that has DECAF french vanilla coffee. That's first. Second, he runs a great site where one simply arrives, serves themselves a flavored coffee of their choice, gives their order and can watch the TV or listen to classic rock on the radio, enjoy their coffee while they wait a whole two minutes for their food. About a year ago, I went to 4J's Bagels in Fairfield, NJ. I waited on line and started noticing the 2 girls behind the counter with all these horrible pins in their faces. When it was my turn, I got a close up look at them. It was disgusting! The manager asked "Can I help you?" My stomach turned so I said no thanks, I'm not hungry anymore. He said what's the problem? I told him that the pins in these girls faces turn me off. He got angry at me as I walked out.

If you're going to run a business that serves food, you got to use common sense and instincts. If you don't have that, you shouldn't be in business.

What a terrible place. I used to go here for a long time, and the staff was nice, but now is different. I requested to change the kind of bagel and the young lady didn't answer me, later she said "don't you see that I'm doing something else?" She walked over to the bagels and rudely she asked me which one I wanted. When I requested the other member of the staff to talk with the owner the other lady said me she is the owner but didn’t do anything, and she told me "if you want to cancel the order, cancel it".
