I brought my family after the Mello Yellow Nationals in Sonoma. Our experience was pleasant until we got the check. The amount was not an issue but when I requested a receipt I was handed register receipt that was printed light. All that was on the receipt were amounts per item, however when I requested the food items we purchased they could not tell me. I had 16 lines which included sub total and tax. I asked again for the actual food item purchased and they told me I need glasses! Really? You cannot provide a complete receipt with food item and amount it costs but I need glasses? I wait almost 40 minutes for my food. After several people went and gone with thier food. I ask for no avacados and if I could substitute it for sour cream. No we can't do that. Hmm charging for and item when I took off that and the pico de galo. I shouldn't have been charged at all. I get home to find I have maybe a teaspoon of refried beans. The other half some how got turned sideways into the other part of the container. Let's just say it much left of them. This place has good food all they need now is good service. I made the simplest of orders, a quesadilla just cheese, guac and sour cream. Not only did they charge me $10.00 just for this (which I wouldn't/didn't mind paying) until I got home and realized there was chuncks of different meat in it and they didn't give me any sour cream. Which is crazy because the cashier even asked the cook if they could do that for me. This is just one of various occasions in which my order has been wrong.
