Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Fairfield

Ordered by phone. Got a Hawaiian, added Pepperoni. When I arrived, the pizza ready for me was a Pepperoni. Showed them the receipt and online screen shot. They offered to make another, the correct one (Hawaiian). It was lunch break, cutting it a little close but they got it done in time. Took about 15-17 minutes to cook another. I got to keep the first pizza, free of charge (Thank you!!!). Pizza's tasted great. Hawaiian was that perfect mix of sweet and pizza. Actually added some of the Pepperoni onto my Hawaiian. Sweet and Spicy; YUMMO. One thing I didn't care for; the crusts are very thin. I'd have thought this was a thin crust pizza. Really no "Built in Breadstick" at the end. I love crust. Disappointed to have what I consider none. Price was normal for Mountain Mike's. Quality of food...

I was there to pick up an order. The young woman advised me it be 5 minutes for a small pizza. After about 10 minutes and several customers, another woman and a man asked if I needed help. I advised I am waiting for the small pizza. Still, nothing after 15 minutes. after the man left to make deliveries the two women were speaking at the counter about who was more racist at the restaurant. Openly, laughing and giggling without concern. This is not appropriate to speak at a place of business with customers in the lobby. As well maybe they should reconsider who works there if this is the case. Just giving feedback. Finally, after 20 minutes I received my small pizza. Disappointing as I am not sure if odering from here is a good idea considering their open...

We went to dine in. It was 8:21 p.m. As we were began to sit down, a young employee immediately began telling us that dine in closed at 9 p. m. and that he had to start cleaning the area then. We were all a little confused, seeing we still had plenty of time. We ordered as quickly as possible, tried to scarf our pizza down and talked as fast as we could. The employees, as time progressed, kept watching us and their watches... It was very unprofessional and rude. Sure enough, as it turned 9 p. M., the youngest of the three employees came to us to remind us- time's up! Needless to say, we were uncomfortable and will not be returning. Will give our money and patronizm to an establishment that appreciates their customers and...
