It's cane's so you know it's going to be good. However, we sat at the drive through window for quite a while, which is unusual for a canes. None of our food was super hot, making you wonder what the wait was for if nothing was fresh. The fries were borderline cold. The young man at the window was extremely unprofessional. He didn't say a single word the entire time, despite me saying hello, how are you, and thank you every time he handed me something. It was a taller young man, with curly hair, light skin, and he wore his hat sloppily sideways. He should not be working in the window directly with customers if he is going to act so rude. While we were waiting a while for our food, there was a group of 4 employees just standing near the counter, talking and laughing for the whole 10 minutes we had to wait, including the drive through employee. It just seems like this canes is very unprofessional with their employees. Really brings down the experience. This was about 7-730pm on Friday the 24th. Cane's you need to do something about your rude, unprofessional employee working the drive...

I worked at this location with a very sexist gm named Kimberly Bailey-Jackson. If you ever had an experience with her its never genuine and always fake. Yells at her crew everyday especially when she has to do physical work. Accompanying in the sexism is their head of HR Jacey Hooper. They both have gotten every male manager either fired or made them so uncomfortable they high tail it out of the store. Very poor place to work. Very toxic environment which is a reflection of the gm. Very bad experience here and with the corporate company that took over. She even threw a tempertantrum when a customer wanted a refund and just threw everything on the floor. Very disappointing. I wouldnt give this location any sales forsure. May be bias but its honest 🤷‍♂️. You know its her cause she looks like the wicked witch off of wizard of oz got the cackle and the little thing on her big nose lol. Again a very poor company to work for 100%. If you work for this company just be ready to be told you are replacable. But...

Used to go here during summer time the happy high schoolers have the best customer service, unfortunately the new faces i’ve seen. In the past 2 weeks looks like they can care less for what you order gave me my order wrong not once but twice. As a customer I checked my order the second time and let the lady at the 2nd window know i was missing one of my items and i had asked for 2 of those items which she gave me a real ugly face and attitude went back and grabbed only 1 items, i repeated myself i had order 2 and she said i didn’t charge you for the other one which i told her i can pay you now (did her attitude face again) and i just drove away. Whoever is hiring this people at least make sure you provide them with good customer service training i get that you are just there for the money but dont make the place look bad just because you are an unhappy human being. I will wait until next summer to get the best customer service at this location from the part-timers....

Not only do they serve great food, they also provide excellent customer service! My 2 middle schoolers are loving the Friday night Fairfield football games. In my day, we walked to McDonald’s after the Glenoak game. Scrounging up $2.00 between 8 of us, we managed to buy a medium fry to be able to sit inside and stay warm, waiting for our parents to arrive. Times have certainly changed, but common courtesy hasn’t. I make sure when I drop my kids off, tickets in hand, they each have $20 to cover their expenses. After the game they walk over to Raising Cane’s to mingle, eat and stay warm. Every time I arrive, I am promptly greeted by exceptionally kind employees. Then, I hear the excitement in their voices as they recap the game, followed by the graciousness and exceptional treatment they received at this location. I appreciate the hospitality, patience and respect that we have been given every time we visit....and great food too!

This is supposed to be the caniac combo ??! Not even as much fries as a small order of fries from McDonald's. I love Canes, I eat it every week, but today, I got a bit frustrated, so I am making a dislike review. This is not the first time this has happened to me. And I'm sure people can relate. My question is Do you have sizing for your order of fries? If yes, what is it? Because the second picture is my extra order of fries . Is the fries sizing the same accross the board (kid menu, 3 finger,etc...)?This is theft and unprofessional because I am paying for it. I my money was short you wouldn't sell to me , so why are you allowing this scam? I know my 20 bucks are nothing to you, but I would have expected more respect to your customers Canes.

Food was good but the guy taking orders said takeout only but no tables were blocked off not sure about that. Lady in the back screaming at workers it sound like a boot camp. But eat in the truck and watched 2 guys clean and hand wash there dumpster it was interesting. Definitely cleanest dumpster in Cincinnati.
