Had the worse experience ONCE again at this particular location. I ordered my food and was told to go down to pay. I stood there for about 5 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged. I was fine because they were busy so I patiently waited. Another customer ordered after me and walked down to pay. Mind you I had my wallet out AND my debit card visibly showing to pay. A worker (female) walks over to register, looked at me and asked the customer who ordered after me to come up and pay.
I immediately said “Um I’ve been standing here waiting for over 5 minutes to pay and nobody has acknowledge me” she stated “oh I didn’t see you but let her pay first and I’ll get with you”. Wow! How did you not see me? I had my wallet out AND my debit card out standing in front of the register closest to the drink machine with a white jacket on.. how did you not see me waiting? Of course I was annoyed and was just ready to leave. The girl working the register had the nerve to have an attitude with me because I was a upset with the bad customer service.
The first bad experience was them messing up my order completely and I’m not the one to ask for a new order but this one wasn’t made correctly and wasn’t grilled so I asked for a new sandwich and the guy working stated “it’s way too busy for me to make a new one” I told him it was fine, took the sandwich, threw it away and ended up getting chipotle instead. Didn’t write a review but I definitely WILL NEVER eat at this location again. Terrible customer service both times...
Read moreRestaurant is not consistent with discount policy. I'm a military veteran and visit this location on many occasions, because I enjoy you cheese steak subs. On this occasion I presented a previous receipt and said make the same way. They did so However, gave me no military discount. I asked to speak with a manager. I asked if he was the manager. He said one of them. I aked him what was the military discount policy. When I showed him my two previous receipts, one giving me the discount, the other not. And the one for my visit today, again no discount! He got very defensive and said, what are you getting mad at me for, I didn't do it! I asked if the manager of the store was in today. He said we have a General Manager. I asked if he was in today, he replied no. Then another guy comes to my table and said he was the General Manager. He did apologize for the mistake and gave me a cookie, stated they would get it right the next time!
I don't know if there will be a next time. It's kind of left a bad taste in my mouth! (No pun intended) I may try Jersey Mike's or Jimmy Johns for my next subs. Food was great! ...
Read moreI ordered online to get the buy one get one deal for the Bengals win yesterday. Before placing my order the system at 4pm said it would be a 1hr wait. After putting in my credit card information and submitting my order the conformation said my order would be ready at 9pm. 5 HOURS after placing my order. I tried to call the restaurant to cancel and nobody would answer the phone. I go all the way to the restaurant and they tell me I can place an order for carry out and receive it now BUT not get the buy one get one deal or I could wait until my order is ready at 9pm. I told them to cancel the order and I left. It’s absolutely ridiculous that not only was the time estimate before ordering a complete lie but I had to go all the way to the restaurant to get a refund. And because I paid online it will be 3 days before I get my money back. Why do a deal like that if you can’t manage...
