Don’t buy at this pizza place! They are dishonest, overcharge you and rude. I don’t usually write review but our experience today is worst that made me decide to write this review to warn future costumers. Be extra careful with the Spanish guy there because he is very dishonest and will try to rip you off! Never going back there again! That guy overcharged me, added his tip to the charge without my consent, lied with the prices of the food we ordered. What he told me was different from what’s in their menu list - he tried to tell me that it’s Southport so it’s more expensive there. Then why is the charge in my card way more than the price in their menu list. He didn’t include one of our orders in our bag and when asked why. He said that he did not charge us the pizza- when I tried to compute all the orders, then he admitted finally that he charged me but didn’t give me the order. Very dishonest - the owner was there but was unapologetic as he even tried to defend the lies of his employee. They are worst and don’t really care about their customers. We have ordered from you several times in the past. We ordered on Saturday and picked up the pizza to bring to my parents in Fairfield, as part of my Mom's 84th birthday celebration. We ordered Calamari, Greek salad, one Yale Classic (my parents and my favorite) and one Margarita with sausage. If I wasn't dealing with elderly people, who recently both had major surgery, I would have brought everything back and called the better business bureau. The margarita with sausage had no sausage but had so much sauce that one couldn't hold the slice--horrible. The salad had brown edged lettuce and only one stuffed grape leaf. When we looked at the bill on my husband's card, we were stunned to see that this lunch cost over $125! We live in NYC, so we're used to paying higher prices, but $30+ for a pizza!?! Whoever was taking orders tonight on 11/25/2023 should legitimately be fired. He had zero idea what he was doing and had to give at least 7 people refunds including myself. To be clear this wasn't because they were busy but because this man was incapable of taking and serving orders. He lost my order when I walked in, found it after i showed the receipt and then lied to me and many customers about the status of said orders. Only to then tell me and 3 other people that he just "couldn't make it" only after waiting 30 min. While I acknowledge that this happened once out of several times going here. The sheer fact that he COULD be the one taking my order makes me want to never come here again.
