Not a great first impression. Has a good selection and the staff knowledgeable but I have to give it the 2 stars for the price I paid for 2 pick your own 6-pack. The price was nearly $40. $36.56 to be exact. Expensive for 2 pick you own 6-pack you ask, I say say the same thing. But there was a line that I didn't want to hold up so I paid and decided to called to ask why the price was so high when I got to my house. Once I called I was told it was because of the alcohol content per bottle/can and that determines the price since they ring them up individually. And here lies the problem every beer I had, craft and/or import was no more than or less than 6% alcohol content stated on the label. I went there for a possible better selection, really only because they have some items I wanted for a while, but now after paying the nearly $40 price tag I will be going back to Shaw's for my pick 6. Douglas Wine and Spirits maybe closer considering I live in Fairhaven and it's right down the street. But driving a few extra miles saves me the frustration of spending extra money since they don't charge...

I placed an order on Drizly for an online order, pick up in store order, with Douglas Liquors, Fairhaven, MA. I ordered 4 cases of beer that was listed on sale for 61% off. Seemed like a great deal. I got a text telling me my order was ready and headed to the store. When I arrived and tried to pick up my order, there were two 12 packs instead of four cases. The manager said the SKU was incorrect and she had just gotten off the phone with Drizly. She refused to honor the price. Bear in mind that they have my phone number through the app. No call to tell me the order has a problem, just a text telling me my order was ready. Friendly and professional staff. I don't come here often. My ID couldn't be verified at another liquor store Cardoza's Wine & Spirits. The cashier didn't want to see my birth date. I was in a hurry because there was a party in the evening. Then I came here. They have a full range of liquor. And the price is reasonable.
