A lovely bakery with incredibly helpful and patient staff. My mom has been coming for years and it was my first time coming after a local doctor's appointment. I have anxiety about going to new places and my stroke-like symptoms were acting up so my face paralysis, stutter, and slurred speech were present. I was expecting people to be rude or impatient and was almost in tears with how patient and kind the ladies were. They didn't know but I'm going through a lot and I needed the compassion they showed me that day. Bless them. I've been looking for a place to have homemade real sourdough bread. Meets my expectations above and beyond I finally got to go today. And I tried a pepper and cheddar sourdough beautiful, Olive tampenade delicious, peach apricot Cherry jam delicious especially on the sourdough pepper bread. The coconut macaroons remind me of Grandma. Even my nephew doesn't like all of us love the tempenade we will be returning as much as possible to support this great business. I made a 24 mile trip to visit Breads because I'd tasted a sample from the bakery and wanted to see what they were all about. While the offering was tasty, it was nothing to write home about. The selections are typical and well displayed, but I've enjoyed equally delicious and superior breads and pastries from bakeries closer to me and high-end bakeries located within local grocery stores. I thought perhaps organic flours or ancient grains might account for the high reviews, but such is not the case.
