Stopped in around 6pm with a couple of hours prior to closing. Shared that our son is on his high school bowling team and wants a beginner ball. Asked what they would recommend. To which Don answered, “To make an appointment.” There was no one being helped, so I’m not sure why he couldn’t help. We’ll never come here again based on the lack of service.

Took our business across town to Perfect Fit Pro Shop and they were able to help us within the hour. Left with a ball, shoes and 10% discount. Great way to stay...
