I was looking to add some beads to my Pandora bracelet and I had been to three Pandora stores in area malls. I even drove to Hartville where there is a Pandora store and no one has any kind of selection of beads, maybe six glass beads??? Orange? I went into Kimberly Jewelers because the Pandora website said that they are an authorized dealer. The very professional gentleman who waited on me pulled out trays of selection, real Pandora brand beads, many of them retired. I had been looking for emerald green...they had them. The man who waited on me was professional, kind, patient, and then cleaned my bracelet, which Pandora stores won't do unless all of the charms are Pandora. My charms are collected from all over the world, so no, they aren't all Pandora. They absolutely have my business as I build my next bracelet. I took in an old Ansonia mantle clock that had a broken spring. Ralph came out and looked it over. He told me things about the clock I never knew. He quoted 80-$100 but said it could be less. 6 days later, they called and said it was ready. They gave me the bill and it was $43.00. I couldn't believe it. Beyond impressed.
